The glove is true to size. The XL is perfect on my hand. I have always liked the crochet glove for it's comfort and coolness in summer heat. The padding is adequate and the Velcro latch is better than most. There is enough cotton in the crochet to wipe your brow. The palm material (goat skin) is good so far-but time and miles will be the real test. The sewing appears to be good quality. The goat skin does get stiff after a wash but loosens up within the first few miles. My concern there is, will they get brittle and crack as I wash them frequently. I use them on week days for commuting and weekends for a road ride. I have been pedaling for 67 years. It is now June 2018 and my fears have been realized. Both gloves cracked into pieces and became useless. They lasted this long because I applied Linseed oil as a conditioner. Unfortunate, because they were well made gloves...

Looks like these will last a long time. Substantial and well made. Good padding. Would buy again.

I LOVE these gloves. I was concerned that the mesh would fray too quickly, but they seem to be holding up well. Perfect for riding my bike and working out.

I purchased both the gel padded and unpadded version of this glove. I wound up using this one on shorter rides, and the gel on longer rides. I went up 1 size from the chart which was perfect. The leather is thicker than "Modern" gloves and seems to do a much better job of long term comfort, where softer gloves only feel good in the store. The mesh doesn't get gross after one wipe, unlike terrycloth. They do tend to give you a funny tan. The coloring is a coating rather than dyed leather.

This is the best Company to deal with. Gloves are excellent. Soft mesh back great for quick sweat mop and cool on a hod day.You will not find a better glove or Co to deal with on Amazon.

Just what I was looking for, but as soon as I started wearing them, I had to restitch a little. Not as comfortable as my previous pair, but maybe they'll wear in.

A tad small in size but otherwise a great product, I was worried the crochet would come loose but it has held up well. I plna to get another pair just one size larger .
