It pains me to take it. The flavour is awful
I mean, I tried a different product before and I found this one great due to the price, however the taste brought me to my knees. I also tried the iron..I had really high expectations so I guess I had it coming! It maybe work miracles as a medication but I can't bare that flavour!

Purchased 4 of these B12 sprays and 3 were out of date not a good start so can’t say what they are like.

Really helps
Have pernicious anemia, injections once every 12 weeks, but have mouth blisters in between them. This really helps, the blisters go away within an hour, and only come back about 24 hours later.
