Miraculous Face Treatment Bar, 2.25 Ounce

hated the soap and didn't do anything for me.

I'm surprised at how good this product is. I've been using it for about a month, and I love it. I wouldn't say I have "airbrushed skin," but it's definitely better than it was. It worked super-fast, too. The little imperfections are much less noticeable -- in fact, I only use a little bit of makeup since I started using it, and I don't need to moisturize in the mornings anymore. I wash my face with it at bedtime, moisturize with a couple of drops of emu oil, and I'm good to go. My 50-year-old skin is thanking me!UPDATE 9/1/2016 I probably have a few more weeks left from this bar, but I don't want to be without it even for a day, so I'm back to buy a second one. For such a little bar of soap it's lasted a really long time. Still loving it. In fact, my skin looks even better now, because I've changed the emu oil for sea buckthorn berry oil on my face. (Yes, it turns you orange -- use it anyway! Overnight, obviously. It will have absorbed by morning.) I purchased both the soap and oil (directly from Swell Skin website) after seeing the product featured on Project Runway Fashion Startup. It took over 4 months for the product to be delivered -- though my credit card was charged right away -- however, Swell Skin sent an extra bar of soap for the delay. I was really excited to try this product since (while they declined to invest) the "Startup" panel did think that Kelly Klus had beautiful skin. Swell Skin claims that you can replace all other facial cleansers, toners, moisturizers etc. with their 2 products. I used the bar soap as soon as the products arrived. It left my face feeling very dry and tight - reminded me of the acne products I used as a teenager. The serum did help a bit with dryness but with continued use caused minor breakouts. I continued use for several weeks hoping my skin would adjust to the new regimen. I was excited by reviews from others claiming the disappearance of wrinkles and improvement in brightness, and texture. Sadly I haven't experienced any improvements in my skin.

It does a good job of keeping oily skin clean (especially the face) but the bar is too small and gets used up too fast. In other words it is too expensive. I will not purchase again.

Purchased the product directly from Swell Skin. I was very excited to use it due to all the hype. Unfortunately after two weeks of using the soap, I developed a rash and acne (I am 62 years old). I am guessing from the other reviews that this is either great for some skin, and detrimental or indifferent for other skin types.

Amazing! I've had a lifelong struggle with acne. The Dermatologist couldn't even help me. it's not even been 1 week using it and my face is clear of any new acne and just continuing to heal. I'm scared to react too soon but I'm blown away!!

I too couldn't wait to receive this product. It was so popular it took a couple months to get. To be fair, unfortunately the soap was too drying, but after going to a dermatologist I had inflammation and adult acne to get under control. Using retion-A and antibiotic now. But... I still recommend it and will try it again later. So don't know how it will ultimately do for me. Do like the oil for night though.

I love this soap even with dry, sensitive skin. It helps any breakouts and seemed to improve the texture plus it's not drying
