Vaughan 569-20 BS265M Bear Hand Saw with Medium/Fine Blade, 10-1/2-Inch

Based on the image, I thought that the blade body would have a thicker top, matching the kerf, with thinner section near the teeth. Nope, there's no such line on the real product, and the whole thing is thin and fully flexible. If you need a fairly large flush-cutting blade with absolutely no stiffening rib, this might be good.I find that my "razor" gyokucho (similar price) is FAR better for almost all tasks, being stiffer, thinner, faster (out of the box), and with better control.

I've had the opportunity to use this saw a few times now and it worked well for the uses I put it to.

Terrific Tool! I've found many uses for it. I'm a cabinet & furniture maker of more than 30 years, but still enjoy hand joinery. I prefer the Japanese tooth pattern for cutting dovetails.

This saw will saw through wood so fast. You will be AMAZED. Thank you bear saw.

We have purchased several of these over the years. We use them to cut small trees and logs for our rustic furniture business. They are a great value and work so well for our purposes.
