REMOS Whetstone Original Natural Belgian Chunk - No. 5 Standard 33-38 cm²

I can’t really do a review until I’ve actually tested them. I’m new to knives and the maintenance of them. But I do love how these wet stones feel and look. I just brought a second one to have as a spare in my big out bag. The second one is more pale and seems to be finer than the first one. The first one is more orange as you can see in the Photos.

Not that brilliant

Absolutely superb honing stones these, work up a nice paste with the green side and really work the edge with the white side👍Ive done my axe with these stones and its paper cutting shape...Points of note:Best submerged in water then used for ten mins and re-soaked in water and so on...green side is finer than white...white for roughing the edge, green for polishing/finishing...perfect for taking with you in your bug out bag👌 Will sharpen all your tools👍Best sharping stones ive ever used👌

Don’t be fooled by the size, this really works! What an easy stone to use, in a few minutes got my knife back to shaving sharp! What I love and will be excited to learn is how to vary the thickness of the slurry to adjust the abrasive level.

Apart from unevenness, all is good

Small, useful, easy to use and tastes disgusting when licked. Makes blunt things sharp and tucks away nicely in a pack or drawer.

Fits in my pocket nicely for bushcraft trips, essential bit of kit
