I will admit after reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical about purchasing this product. The first 3 days of using this product I followed the instructions of using a liberal amount before I would work out (used with a waist trainer sweat vest) but was not achieving the sweat I was looking for. On day 4 I added just a little bit more and man did that do the trick!!! I was definitely impressed with the amount of sweat I was producing. I know some people talked skin irritation but never experienced that and the initial burn lasted about 20 minutes and that’s when I would sweat the most and depending what exercises I would be doing I would began to sweat again but not intensely but definitely enough to know the product was still working. It’s still to early to tell if I lost any inches but off to a good start. My only wish is they sold larger tubes of the product. I definitely will be buying again when I run out.

Great product!! Although it was a bit warm at first after following the directions , the warmth didn't last long, about 10 to 15 minutes and smells like mint. It really makes you sweat in your abdominal area, especially if you use a sweat garment, as I did. I felt comfortable and it does slightly tighten your skin. It does leave your skin soft after you shower. I am looking forward to using this product everyday to see the gradual results. So far I really like this product. I am using a sweat garment on my abdomen area and I am using the treadmill for exercise daily. If you have sensitive skin, you may need to think about the degree of warmth of the lotion. I have a very thick abdomen area after having two kids , the baby weight never came off and a bit overweight, so the warmth of the lotion didn't bother me at all. This product really makes you sweat with or without a sweat garment. I tried both to see the results. Overall I really like this product.

I have been eating healthy, exercising regularly and drinking water for some time. I was exceptical about using this cream and decided to document it. Within 2 weeks of using the cream i saw improvements. Scent is menthol and does not bother me, affordable cream with great benefits. The instructions are easy to follow just don't put too much otherwise it will cause some discomfort.
