It said in the product description that it came with one package, so one bundle of strands. I ordered 2. It came with two packages of several groups, I think 10 total. Not entirely negative, but what on earth am I going to with all of it?! Couple that with the fact that thin fine hair is NOT compatible with these, no matter what we tried, 3 out of 4 of us girls couldn't get them to stay. Several tutorials, so many knots, a few strands, even one strand, 4 strands, we tried every combo we could. Nothing would work. Only the girl with super thick curly hair could wear these, and she's the tomboy. 🙄 Won't order again. At least they were cheap. Us girly girls with have to settle for other glitter means.

I got 5 individual packs of gold in this order. I was expecting one single one, but I’m happy to have so many! I put 11 pieces in my hair but when you tie them you’re actually doubling it so overall I started with 22 strands. It’s been a week now and I’ve only lost two (while brushing/blow drying my hair). You have to be careful when you brush at the roots where they’re tied because if your brush catches it, there goes your tinsel and the hairs it was tied to. These are definitely heat resistant. They were folded so there was a little crease in them. I went over it with a flat iron to make them all straight and they took the heat just fine. Haven’t tried curling them because I normally don’t style my hair that way but I’m sure they hold a curl just fine.

I got this to put in my hair for prom but have used it many times since. I always get compliments when i have my tinsel in and it looks great. These are tie ins so i looked up a tutorial on youtube and it was very easy to put in. It comes with enough to last your entire life and will stay in as long as you put it in correctly.

I saw these on titok and wanted to try them, so I got a pack to share with my girlfriend and I honestly am in love with them. Once you get the hang of putting them in, they are so simple to install!! I can put them in my own hair without help and after a few practices it only takes a few minutes for me now. They last a while, I wash my hair every other day and brush my hair all the time, they are very secure. I found some videos on youtube that really helped me put them in, just search "how to put tinsel in my hair" and they sould pop up. Brushing is also very easy, it takes a second to get adjusted to where the knot you put is at but after that I can brush my hair with ease and it doesnt even hurt. 10/10 I love these and they are definitely apart of my summer hair now.

I normally don’t wear my hair curly but for the sake of this review I wanted to show people what it looks like in curly hair. I only added a few sporadically. I usually wear my hair straight or with a curling iron and it does fine blending in with the hair and randomly peaking out. Be careful though to not hit the tinsel directly with heat because it will singe. Overall easy to install.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this, it was relatively easy to put in myself, granted I definitely didn’t do it the right way lol… (I just secured a couple bundles of the tinsel into my ponytail with bobby-pins)

Once you get the hang of the installation it's easy but a slow process. Does not hold up to a curling iron heat. I used the clamps for extensions so I could do about 10 strands of floss and my hair. Overall satisfied with the results for an event over the weekend.
