To Love Ru Darkness Vol. 17

It occurs to me that To Love Ru is similar to the 1970's sitcom "Three's Company". In both, the characters find themselves in outrageously suggestive situations, but nothing explicit occurs (although "Three's Company" never had the frequent nudity of To Love Ru). Volume 17 of To Love Ru Darkness does push the envelope as Rito finds himself close to going all the way with Run and Risa, with generous assists from Master Nemesis. Still, that is an improvement on the next complication when an intergalactic assassin named Kuro comes to rub him out. Meanwhile, Yami has issues with her own relationship to Rito. It's another fun volume. However, it is sad to reflect that Volume 18 will wrap up the series. Let's hope it gets a great sendoff.

I loved this volume. The only problem is there's just one more volume left after thi one.. I wish there were more!

Fun series, lots of ecchi romcom.
