The hoodie was far too small and when I sent an email to the company they were of no help at all!!! It felt like they had rushed to reply to me because it was such a small email and they couldn’t even write with the correct words!!!!!! They didn’t even suggest to send it back for a bigger size. Also the colour of the hoodie is nothing like the colour shown. Again they didn’t suggest to send it back. They just gave me a really crap excuse about the lighting in the studio making the colour slightly different!!!!!! Rubbish. I give it no stars but it seems I can’t submit my email without giving at least one. Again rubbish!!!!!!!!

This is not exactly a quality product. It is skimpy on material, so order a size larger than you would usually wear. Beware the seams come undone very quickly, so expect to have to sew it back together in places. I would not buy this product again.

Is nice and warm but the arms are ridiculously long for the size of the body and is much smaller than expected.

You get what you pay for, a perfectly ok hoodie, a bit skimpt on material, especially in body length. Must be made for short people, I am 5ft 6 in.

I decided to keep the replacement sent to me mainly because it was the colour I wanted. The first delivery of this item I had to return because the zip was faulty. However, the fit was great. I feel there is inconsistency in the size 12 of the garment I ordered. Slightly disappointed with this purchase.

Wouldn't buy again, zip is flimsy and the fit was too small even though I had ordered my regular size.
