I've used NMN before in pill form, this is definitely more concentrated. Tastes good and very easy to use. Just loet it dissolve under your tongue for a few minutes. It's got a great blend of vitamins and nutrients and you can definitely feel the difference when you take it. Increased energy and alertness I feel like it improves my overall sense of well-being.

It does give you more energy, it does improve overall endurance(mascular, repiratory & cardio) and lot of strength while lifting weights, noticed improvement on both my flexibility and agility while sparring(BJJ) , also suspect my reaction time may have also improved(but need more time to be sure)... Interestingly enough that no one has mentioned it before that libido also improves. HOWEVER I also noticed that if I take 250mg after 19:00 I do not sleep(major Insomnia) until 5am. CONCLUSION while the benefits are clearly evident, paying £120 for pack of 20g is still very painful forcing me to look for natural and cheaper ways of boosting NADs through the use of powerful fruits like "Camu Camu", a very good quality complex B, shitake mushroom and even just milk itself.

I bought the product out of curiosity after extensive research on the NMN benefits . The product quality was top class with easy to follow instructions and excellent packaging.I have started seeing difference on my energy levels after a few days (used together with NAD) and i will attribute a big percentage of my improvement down to the quality and purity of the product.I will buy again!

Update:I’m reducing my rating to 3 stars because of the poor packaging. The plastic zip broke after 2 weeks of use and as a result I cannot close the pouch properly. This is very annoying, considering the price you’re paying. I’m not sure how well it will keep now, I used rubber bands and another ziplock bag for storage...Original review:One scoop (250mg) dissolves very quickly under the tongue, around 5 seconds. Initially it tastes neutral, then moves to slightly sour before going a bit bitter and then it's gone. No after taste. Flat packaging went through the letterbox without an issue.

There is a lot of information about NMN and NAD+ in the package which I did not know.After 2 weeks I feel better already. I am 60, had Lyme 2 years ago - which took all energy. Now it is easier to get up and go in the mornings, more energy after work.I feel my exercises are getting easier and increase resistance faster than expected.One little spoon full of MNM and NAD+ before breakfast.

Triggered the word headache ever. I am not sure whether it is the NMN itself or the mannitol which is known to.cquse headaches. The mannitol was not listed online. I only saw it after wondeing what could be causing the headache. I am not sure why it is part of the ingredient but it's a diuretic and may not be good for everyone.I will order another NMN that doesn't ha e any mannitol to assess
