Great Rack At A Great Price
Easy to install and fits my 2019 Jeep Cherokee perfectly. It's actually one of the best rack's I've ever used in terms of looks, sturdiness, ease of install, material quality and price. My Thule roof cargo/ski box fits the bars perfectly and it looks a lot better on these bars than on the previous Thule bars that eventually rusted out and the coating fell off of.

Great roof rack cross bars
Really easy to assemble and install. Took about an hour in the cold. Have not used it to carry yet but it is very sturdy so I am sure it will perform well.

Fiddly to install
These are not straight forward to install. If the feet are installed on the crossbar first, well I couldn't get it that way. The bolt that clamps the 2 pieces of the foot together is a little too short to allow it to be started before placing the foot on the car ( 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk ). I had to hold the foot pieces around the factory rail while starting the bolt. Once started, I could then slide the crossbar onto the foot. Once the foot is tightened the crossbar is secure. So leave it loose until it's in the position you want it. Once everything is tightened down the crossbars themselves seem very secure. The end caps? One of mine was broken in the package so I had to drill a small hole and secure it with a small screw and washer. I won't be surprised when I find one or all of them missing. The "Locks" are only a plastic cap that covers the bolt that holds the foot on. Almost any flat screwdriver or knife could turn it to reveal the screw. Then the correct size hex wrench and the cross bars are gone. We have slightly less expensive cross bars on my wife's Forester that are easier to install. I haven't owned more expensive ones to compare to.

Poorly Designed
I bought these bars partly for price, but mostly because there were few options advertised that said they would fit my new car, a 2021 Jeep Cherokee.I've had many sets of roof bars over the years, and these were the most annoying to fit of any I've ever owned. Well-designed bars have shoes that slide easily back and forth and have a simple mechanism (like a knob) to tighten them, so that they're easy to install and remove. Why do you care? Because roof bars add a lot of wind noise, especially at highway speeds. In this case, the outer pieces don't slide easily - I had to use a hammer to get them in the right places. None of the rubber guards that fit to the shoes lock into place, so they either fall off part way through (where the tightening screw doesn't run through them) or slide back and forth and get in the way where they do. Finally, the tightening screw isn't long enough to thread into the inner shoe when installed on my 2021 Jeep Cherokee, which the product description says they should fit. After much straining to push things in place, I ultimately had to throw away all four of the inner guards in order to get the screws to engage. Also, be aware that the shoes and locking pieces are plastic and not metal, and plastic deteriorates in sunlight. Further, the set screws strain against the middles of the inner shoes, making me wonder how long it might be before the shoes crack due to weakening materials and constant road vibration. This may be more likely to happen where you can't use all the rubber shoe guards, because the sharp edge of the car's roof rails meet the plastic locking shoes right at the point of maximum strain. Finally, there are no written directions - just a few pages of needlessly tiny pictures in a small folder. On the plus side, once you've sweated these on, they do lock tight, and the bars look solid. But there should be easier kits to install from other manufacturers.

Absolute crap
These are not as advertised. There are no locks on what was sent to me , and the way the cross bar is “secured” still moves side to side , completely defeating the point of having them .Purchased to put my roof basket on top of my 2018 Cherokee . Took about 2 hours to install and will take about a hour to take off .DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I Had to put the end pieces on first. The screws were not long enough to allow for just sliding over the reoil

Updated Product/Supplier Review
The parts initially shipped had serious fit issues and the locks did not work because they did not match the rest of the parts. Once the fit and functionality problems were communicated to the supplier, replacement parts were quickly sent. The replacement parts fit much better (not quite like the YouTube video fit) and the locks worked. It is now possible to install and remove the cross bars as advertised. As an after market product, the cross bars look nice when installed on my vehicle. Although my roof top carrier has not yet been mounted on the cross bars, I have no concerns about their sturdiness. The cross bars have been subjected to multiple 2 handed yanks with no hint of movement.Had the replacement parts been sent in the original shipment, my product/supplier rating would have been 4 stars with a 4 1/2 star comment or 5 stars. The prompt response from the supplier is the reason my original rating has been increased to 4 stars.

Good rack, good price.
Very solid rack that is quite easy to install. I looked around a lot for cross bars and am really glad I ended up with these. If they were 3" longer I wouldn't complain.

These were crap
We have to send these back. One of the pieces did not even have the screw holes in it so they cannot be installed. We will be returning these and not repurchasing. Therefore they get zero stars for every category. I guess thats what you get for buying stuff made in China.
