Crafters and Weavers Arts and Crafts Mission Solid Oak China Cabinet

These cabinets are very well made and exactly what I wanted...except they are very dark oak. Much darker than the picture illustrates. I was sincerely disappointed in the very dark color. These look very out of place in my oak kitchen. If not for the extremely dark oak, I would have been delighted. All images I saw illustrate the grain and you can actually see the full color. In reality, you have to look closely as the oak is almost as dark as the grain that runs through it. If you like dark oak, these are for you. I was told by Oak Park Antiques the stain I got was all they have. The pictures do not match. Don't be deceived. They graciously offered to charge me another $199 to return them. I think I've spent plenty already. However, they did not offer to actually take down the incorrect pictures and put correct ones in.

The bookcase is perfect for displaying our pottery collection. We have enjoyed every aspect about it. The only possible reservation is the plan wood knobs on the door, but I will replaced them with metal arts and drafts knobs when I get around to it.

These cabinets are very well-made, solid and heavy! I was asked about the color and mine is very true to their photos. I'll post mine with a pic of it up close. You won't regret this purchase.
