This was purchased for my daughter and she loves it, especially being able to pull the trundle out for sleepovers. Day bed is nice and the drawers are helpful at keeping the from less cluttered. The whole thing was fairly easy to assemble. Took a little over an hour. Instructions were detailed enough to follow along and not complicated. The bed works great for my daughter. The wood seems a little thin for my liking but seems decently sturdy. If any issues arise, I will update this review. So far so good, great price, and happy daughter. All is well.

Ordered the bed and received ahead of schedule. There were some damaged pieces in one of the boxes but was able to reach out to vendor and got a very quick response. A few pictures and part ID's later I had the new parts on their way. Within a week the bed is back in order and my daughter is loving it. Solid piece for what you pay and should hold up for a good while. Goes together very easily.

The media could not be loaded. What a beautiful trundle bed. I liked it at first saw and look forward to receiving and assembling it. I received it in two days after placing an order online, and spent 2 hour to assemble it with my husband.It was made of wood, so its super heavy，thats why we take a long time to install. However, I was very happy after the installation, because it was very stable and it was exactly what I needed. The three drawers are a very thoughtful design for me and can be used to put some. Small toys or books or some clothes.

Wonderful bed we just got for our 3 year old. The bed is very well made and super easy to assemble. Instructions are very easy to read. Delivery was fast but we had one package delivered 2 days later and we didn’t realize there were two packages because we only saw one tracking number under the order. We reached out to the seller and they were super fast with a reply and they gave us a credit of $20 for the inconvenience which was not expected but very much appreciated. We definitely will purchase another bed for our second child when the time is right.

The bed seemed like a good purchase from reading the overall reviews and came in two boxes. Assembly seemed pretty straightforward for the most part until I came to putting the sliders on the drawers. Sliders attached fine but then when I attempted to put drawer in, it stopped a quarter of the way in. I noticed there was a notch on both sides of the metal slider preventing the drawer from sliding in all the way. The notches were on all three metal sliders as well. Contacted customer service to see what I was doing wrong and they were helpful to send replacement parts. I thought I got a bad batch. Replacement parts arrive about almost a week later and the same notches are in the metal sliders. Am I missing something? I do not want to push the drawer in too hard because it will break the plastic roller that the drawer slides onto. I assumed the metal slider should be flat all the way through but it doesn't seem to be the case. I have been contacting customer service and they have been asking for pictures. I have sent pictures to them on three different occasions, twice with an Amazon photos shareable link like they asked, and I keep getting told that they are not receiving the pictures or the Amazon photos link does not work. Hopefully they will see the pictures attached to this review.

This product comes in two boxes. One piece had minor crack The seller rectified the situation quick and efficiently. I would suggest a 4 inch mattress to leave room for any bedding. See weight limit restrictions in descriptions

Love the bed, but hate that the screws are visible. Was hoping they would have something to hide them as they are very noticeable.

Instructions were easy to follow, my husband and I put it together in about 2 hours.This is not a solid piece of furniture which I think is great because it's not super heavy and it's easy to move around. The trundle and drawers pull out easily. Everything came in good condition and once put together it's a sturdy piece that I'm sure will last for years... And our daughter loves it!
