Well explained with very good examples. A complete review of ESE valuation. I strongly recommend!

Great book that contains lots of useful valuation models. Definitely written for the valuation practitioner. One important caveat is that some of the key valuation models (e.g. OPM Backsolve method) are only partially explained. The author leaves up to the reader to figure out a multitude of formulas underlying the models.
