The air retention was great and the size was perfect. It held up great even when I would bounce on it and when my other child ran around with it. Filling it up was a breeze. Sturdy and good quality. Giving it four star because the provided pump makes it hard to inflate as it may take whole day. Used my bicycle pump to inflate quickly. No smell and is soft. Good value of money.

When my back didn't heal after a fall, I went to a doctor who said I'd need physical therapy. The therapist did the usual massage, TENS unit, and jeat treatments, as well as havcing me use a medicine ball and Can-du bands. He said that just a few weeks of wirk would alleviate the pain I was having, and I suggested that I could get a medicine ball for home. I decided to try the Pro Body Pilates medicine ball. I needed an exercise ball this size as part of my rehab post knee surgery. The first ball my wife came home with from Walmart was terrible with a flimsy bad pump. This ball was super easy to inflate to the level for my needs.

Easy to pump up but I chose the 65cm one because I am 5'5 but this is sooo small feels more suited to a child. It was easy to pump up. Feels sturdy and I am heavy so it does work even bouncing on it but it's soo low.

It's grippy and there's no smell! It made me realize how bad the swiss balls I've used in the past are. Exceeded my expectations and highly recommend.
