Works great for sprouting and microgreens
This stainless steel tray works great for even small seeds like broccoli seeds. I presoaked my seeds overnight and then rinsed it in the tray twice a day like recommended. The first day or so I didn't worry about spreading the seeds out, just making sure they are well drained. After the radicles started showing, I used a vegetable sprayer and distributed them across the tray. It's important to keep the sprouter well drained and to pour out every last drop or trickle of water by tilting it at an angle before putting it between the plates. After three or four days, the sprouts are ready to harvest. You can scrape off the roots and release them.If you want microgreens, then after four or five days, uncover the tray and place it on a mesh growing tray so that you have circulation on the roots. Add water, but don't flood, so that you can grow the microgreens hydroponically. Change the water twice a day and monitor the roots to determine when to cut them off.I like the way the sprouts turn out straight instead of curly and in a tangled mess when using a jar.

A sprouted that’s also art
This is a truly beautifully made stainless sprouting tray. The wholes are tiny enough for the smallest sprout and very sturdy as well. I filled it with coir and have cilantro seeds happily awakening. Nice table piece. I’m impressed...Oh and it’s from an American cottage industry so you know they care...

Easy to grow sprouts
The stainless steel sprouting tray is an easy way to grow standing spouts. I bought a package of Superfood Microgreens seeds along with the tray. Following the instructions included with the tray I was able to have a whole tray full of sprouted greens ready to eat in 4 days. It was easy to clean and start another crop immediately.

Works great!
This sprouting tray is awesome for what we use it for. We put cococoir in it and grow microgreens and oat grass for juicing. They work great and are easy to clean. Sprouting in them is also super easy. I do wish they were a little more affordable, but they are worth it.

Good quality
I haven't used it yet so don't know how well it will work, but it is of good quality.

Works well with clover and alfalfa seeds
My older sprouting equipment has slots which smaller seeds ( such as alfalfa) flow through, while I soak or rinse them. The stainless steel mesh on the bottom of this 8" round tray is fine enough. The seeds of alfalfa and clover do not flow through the mesh. So I am getting a high rate of germination with no noticeable waste.
