I just received my new Apex 2 Barrel and it looks pretty awesome. Easily install it by screwing it into the paintball marker and it is now battle-ready. The cool thing about this barrel is that when you turn it to the left, the paintball curves left, when you turn it to the right, the paintball curves. Same thing for up and down. There is a little switch on the tip of the barrel. The farther you move that switch down the barrel, the more curve the paintball has. This barrel is very good for elimating players that are behind objects. I would recommend buying this barrel for sniping or just paintball fun.

I bought this for my Alpha Black marker after reading all the hypes about it, the price is totally decent compared to other similar products out there so I went with this. I actually was hoping to get the 14" barrel since I'm a woodsball player and a long barrel would hinder my mobility but after talking to some people I found out the 14" barrel would barely clear the Alpha Black barrel shroud/foregrip and leave about half an inch of space where you can turn the barrel tight onto the marker. With that in mind I went with the 16" version that gave me more then enough room to be able to mount the barrel on with my bare hands. The tip of the barrel has about 4-5 inches of length and you can't turn that to secure the barrel so keep that in mind when considering how long of a barrel you'd need. The looks of this barrel is great, definitely gets a lot of attention among my friends, the curving feature is very nice but I play in pretty thick woods that I can only rarely use it because the balls would always hit something before reaching the target, only a few times I was able to use the curve to hit a player. overall I'm still pleased with this purchase, aside from the functions it offers the intimidation factor is always a plus on the field.

a fine upgrade for project salvo gun.

i will start off by saying that this barrel both looks and functions extremely well. I used it for the first time today in a woods ball field on my Tippmann salvo with a Virtue Redefined trigger board. I found myself being able to break balls on enemies that were before unreachable with my 16" RAP4 Rifled barrel. The accuracy was phenomenal and the ball control was superb. I wouldn't recommend going over 16" on a barrel no matter what style, anything longer than that is just lost velocity. Enjoy this product. I do.

Good product ... Effective in terms of trajectory and accuracy of the shot but I'm not sure it has more cash distansia shooting ...
