Beautiful flowers!
I bought these freesias in June 2023, then planted them in early autumn. They began to grow as soon as the rains started and they bloomed beautifully a little later than the rest of my freesias in mid-spring. They grew well and were a beautiful range of colors from a pale magenta to lavender blue to purple. I started watering my entire collection of freesias when summer ended a few weeks ago and i was happy to see that these freesias are growing again for their second year now. I live in zone 9 and find it's best to plant freesias in late summer - early fall and they will be usually be among the first flowers to bloom in spring.

The bulbs never grew.
I ordered these for my daughters wedding. The bulbs arrived, I started them inside, and I kept waiting for them to start, but they never grew. If this firm does not provide a refund, I'll go through Amazon and request one.

Hoping for growth.
I was unhappy when I opened the package. The freesia corms/bulbs were very tiny compared to other ones I’ve purchased in past years, and they seemed “light,” like lacking in biological heft. For several years, I didn’t buy any because I would uproot and divide my freesia corms and start a new annual freesia garden. (Gave away thrift store pots with freesia to friends and family) But health challenges took gardening away for a few years, and I didn’t have any home-grown freesia to start again. I hope these do grow. Crossing fingers.

did not even break the ground
I have been gardening for decades, and I never had an issue with bulbs not growing, but this package is a first. I planted the freesia bulbs in the late spring, and now in mid-summer, absolutely nothing has broken the ground. The area gets plenty of sun and we have had plenty of rain this summer. I may try to dig one up just to see if there is a root system. Very disappointed with these bulbs.

Give them time
I started these in the house back in the winter. They were started in pots in front of a sunny window. Nothing came up and eventually I moved them outside. I would dig up a corm from time to time to see if anything was happening. They just sat all summer. I assumed they were no good. About five months after I planted them, they started to sprout. By then, the weather was turning cold, so I re-potted and put them in a sunny, south facing window. They are growing like crazy now, though no flowers yet. If yours don't come up, be patient. I really thought they were not going to sprout, but they did.

Won't buy again
None if the bulbs sprouted. Waste of money.
