I haven't tried a countertop Waterpik, so I can't compare them. However, this is in another ballpark when compared to my portable Waterpik. The stream is pretty powerful on setting 8, and my mouth feels very clean after I'm done; the portable Waterpik doesn't even come close.it comes with a bunch of attachment tips, but I just use the standard one. The toothbrush tip didn't seem to do anything, and the others didn't seem as effective.Im really happy with this, and not only because it's very inexpensive.This could be a plus or minus depending on what you want; it's fairly small. It sits comfortably on the edge of a small sink. The plus side is that it takes up little space; the downside is you need to make sure the reservoir is filled whenever you use it.

This has adjustable cleaning power from soft to very strong. Most of the features are similar to the Water-Pik brand but this machine was at a lower price. SO FAR it has worked fine (about four months). I have had trouble with other brands not lasting very long so will see if this does better.

Dentist recently suggested getting one of these units. Saw some good reviews on this one, and after trying definitely agree. As you can see in the pictures the unit is attractive and has suction cups on the bottom to keep it from moving around on the bathroom counter. It comes with a very detailed instruction manual, which unlike many products is actually large enough that you can read it. One of the great design features of the unit is that the reservoir top opens up and functions as a storage unit for all the various heads you can plug into the unit. It also has a continuously variable control to adjust the flow / intensity of water. Highly recommend this unit.

Great value for the price. Have been thinking about getting a water pik from Costco, but stopped at the price. This is a great substitute, I’m glad that my friend recommended this to me. Now my teeth feel cleaner and I feel happier thinking about the money I could save with this at the dentist’ office.

Not the quality I expected. It seems to leak water where the tips go. Unhappy with product.Will be returning it.Never buy again.

This water flosser is gentle. If you want something pulsating and straight forward, this is your product. I love that it has a dial that I can speed up the force or lessen it. I find that I use it a lot at 10 and I would like a little harder. But it’s easy on the gums and with persistence gets the job done.

The only thing I don't like is that the tools come separately and not in their case. to accommodate them they must have their place described so that it is easier to relocate them.

It is simple to control and has great pressure. It is sleek and stylish too. The instructions were written in poor English, but it's pretty simple to operate. I definitely like it better than my previous machine. I think the design of the tank will prevent it from leaking in the future. So far, no leaking!
