I’m a klutz. I trip over pebbles, slip on ice and otherwise manage to hurt myself in unpleasant ways. A few years ago I slipped on steps and landed on my back on concrete. My back and neck were and are still extremely sore most days. I got a mattress that helped my back, but have been unable to find a pillow until now. The first night, I slept on my back and woke up with no stiffness in my neck. I was happy, but didn’t know if it would last. Day 2-3 I slept on both my back and side, but always woke up on my back, pain free. It’s now day 7 and it’s been 7 days with NO neck pain. Well, I did fall yesterday (it’s been an icy winter!), went to bed pretty sore and woke up feeling better than I thought I would after that fall. I seriously love this pillow. I can finally get a restful sleep and wake up able to move without pain.

EDIT: I still think it’s a good pillow but for people with smaller shoulders. I’m 5’5” so I’m not extremely tall or broad shouldered...but after sleeping on this for several weeks...I found my neck being strained downward. So while it was STILL better than my last pillow...it ended up causing problems of it’s own. For shorter or smaller-boned people...I think it would be a great option.As a side sleeper who has Fibromyalgia I have dealt with neck and back pain for over 30 years...alI I can say is WOW! I received this yesterday. YESTERDAY! I’ve used it once! I woke up with about 85% less neck pain than I have had for the last few months. ONE NIGHT! Amazing! When I pulled it out of the packaging I thought “Damn. This is too thin for side sleeping”. I’m not super tall or big, but I’m 5’5” and I have medium-broad shoulders. I’ve tried some side sleeping pillows and they felt too thin like my head had to dip too low...& that left me with neck pain too, so I was thinking “Keep the packaging because this isn’t going to work.” Well I’m just happy to say I was so wrong! Now I WILL say that when I woke up, my neck didn’t hurt but I felt some tension in my chest/pectoral muscles. As a massage therapist, I understand that it was because of a shift in my sleeping posture and won’t last...just throwing that out there for non-massage therapists. 👍🏻 Anyway...GREAT, AMAZING pillow...after one night. I don’t know how long it will hold it’s shape....but shoot, even if I had to buy one of these every year...it’s still more affordable than some of these extremely expensive pillows.It would be good for back sleepers too, but not sure if it would be good for stomach sleepers.Also, it did not make my neck/head feel hot! ANOTHER plus!If you’re suffering with neck pain...give it a try.

I like this pillow and use is every night I sleep. I previously bought a different ergonomic pillow for my neck pain that didn't work well at all, so I purchased this one hoping that it would help me sleep better. As luck would have it, this one helps remove much of the neck pain. It's not perfect. I still get minor neck pain from sleeping the odd time (I move around a lot when I sleep, so I can't really blame the pillow). But it's much better than sleeping on regular pillows. I don't know for certain how they will work for others since everyone is built differently, but this one works for me.

I bought one of these pillows for my husband and then later for my elderly mother in a nursing home, then when it was time to buy one for myself, they were sold out. I have never seen this pillow back in stock, and I have no idea why. My husband and my mother both still love theirs. I’m laying in my husband’s spot right now and this is such a comfortable pillow I don’t know why they aren’t selling it anymore because they could make a FORTUNE selling these! My neck and spine are in heaven right now. No other pillow on Amazon looks as comfortable as this one, and we have been pillow connoisseurs for years! If the seller is reading this: WTH DUDE? Get some more of these so I can buy one! :-)

The "contour" is almost non existent. Dimensions are wrong. This pillow starts out flat and get even flatter once you put your head on it. There is almost no firmness to the "High-Quality Memory Foam". I dont think its even memory foam. Seems like basic super cheap flimsy foam to me. I decided to spend a little more and I bought one of the Royal Therapy pillows on amazon. WAY better pillow. The memory foam actually has support and there are multiple layers so you can adjust the thickness of the pillow to suit your needs. So So much better than this flat ripoff they are selling here by nuovo!

Very hard foam, does not conform to your head. Constant pressure. shape is perfect and curve very nice, but too hard to use.

Are usually don’t right long reviews but this time I need to. This pillow is amazing! A friend recommended it to me, sent me this when she ordered and I thought what can it hurt, it’s a great price. I went ahead and ordered one for both my husband and myself. We both have had neck pain for at least a year and I thought we had what I consider to be high and pillows. Apparently not. After sleeping one night on this pillow I actually woke up with zero neck pain and that is huge for me! I am so happy with it I plan to buy more just so that I Back up! I highly recommend this pillow if you were struggling with neck pain, it absolutely fixed both mine and my husbands struggles!!

This pillow is as amazing, comfortable, and neck pain relieving as my original find that took years to discover, which was my Tempurpedic side sleeper of 9 years. Why? Because I believe this Nouvo cervical pillow to be an exact design copy of the Tempurpedic. Do I care if it is indeed a copy? Not one bit. And I didn't have to spend $169.00 on it like my original. This Nuovo is the identical shape, thickness, and density as the original and just as much of a miracle. I HIGHLY recommend this pillow if you're a side or back sleeper with neck pain and issues. This pillow allows me to wake up pain free and function during the day. You might really like it. Nuff said
