I have always worked late in the office and I can't remember a time in over 30 years where the cleaning crew don't use a Numatic vacuum. Also I can't think of a single time I have had a workman over and this hasn't been their bran of choice..... So when it came to replacing our vacuum I went for it.I admit that this is a little pricier than a lot of other choices but I don't think you will be disappointed for spending a little extra as it is amazing at what it does. I also bought this version for the higher wattage, not sure that it makes a big difference but this sure does have strong suction.

Dissapointed that the power cord does not wind into itself, and being quite long, it gets in the way, another downer is despite being over £200 only 1 measly dust bag supplied, so you have to spend even more straight away.Cleaner itself is great

This product is falsely advertised as 1200w,its NOT its 1000w .ITs the CVC 370 -2 the same machine about £25 cheaper on Amazon, even on the same page.Beware if you think your getting a more powerful machine.Even on the receipt it says 1200w its not .However the Charles machine is excellent,just watch out for this false discription!

Used this for clearing up after tearing out 10 old fireplaces. Excellent for small debris and soot. Powerful suction and easy to change bags.

I recently bought another product that has been hailed as revolutionary in terms of no tangle. It failed miserably.Now my Charles does the job of collecting my pet fur without issue.It can be a bit weighty especially when doing the stairs but I love it.It also can be used to vacuum wet up but I haven’t used this facility yet.Highly recommend a Charles or the smaller George and Henry. I’ve had both.
