I bought this mat only partially knowing what I was getting myself into and admittedly it is the best impulse purchase of 2020 (there were quite a few #quarantine). This mat is now part of my morning routine and serves to induce profound relaxation and some much needed tension relief. I love it and so does my son and partner.

this product is an oldie for anyone from Eastern Europe. it is great for restorative pleasures, truly gets your circulation and blood flow going. very therapeutic. the only added feature i would like is to be able to wrap my full body in a suit made of this =]great for athletes and highly recommend for any and all restorative yoga classes - a must if you want to fully restore from an active lifestyle.. everyday!

This is a good purchase. My feet sometimes feel very tired. I stand on this mat or I sat on couch while put my feet on this mat. Then I put slight pressure. After few minutes, it is really helpful to relieve the tiredness.The flower pattern and the color are also pretty.

A good product but pricey. Does it’s job perfectly. Such a quality product and a must buy.
