Good for upgrading from 1Gb to 2.5Gb network.
Used to upgrade an older PC for use on a 2.5Gb network. Hardware installation was easy and took 10 minutes, and Windows 10 installed a driver for it so it worked straight away. However I was getting 280-odd MB/s incoming, but only 170-ish outgoing. So I installed the driver on the included CD (Realtek 8125 chipset) and that got full speed in both directions. So far seems like a great, economic way to upgrade.

Great little network card.
Installed into a full size slot on my motherboard. The card comes with 2 size brackets, with the larger bracket being fitted and the smaller size bracket in the box.Windows 10 detected the card straight away and didn't need to use the supplied driver cd.I've been running this card for 1 month now without a single issue with excellent speeds.

Good but no Windows 7 driver
There is no Windows 7 driver on the disc but it can easily be downloaded from the Realtek site. Otherwise easy installation and good perfrmance.

Value for money.
Bought as the Ethernet port on my PC suddenly decided to die, had to switch to a wireless dongle that was not capable of HD video streaming.This was so easy to install into a spare PCI slot. Windows foouns it right away and was soon getting download speeds of 200mb.Worth getting.

Hooray, my bleedin virgin media 1GB line finally delivers useable consistent 1 gig DL thanks to this baby. VM support take note. They either have no clue or don't want you to use your paid for speeds. But this cheap card fixed everything in 5 second.

Wake on Lan Works
I picked up two of these to go in my server, they are the newer revision with silver heatsinksmine where made week 31 2021wake on lan works fine on them (SI-PEX24059)(unlike SD-PEX24066 wake on lan doesnt work on them)
