Had my students make clipboards in woods and these worked great!

I make clipboards using old license plates. The clips are well made and fit my needs. As mentioned in other reviews the supplied rivets leave a lot to be desired. However, my Pop-rivit gun is an acceptable alternative.Folks enjoy my finished product.Amazon is a wonderful resource to find specialized items such as these.

These work perfect as long as they are attached with some sort of adhesive. The clips for the holes are more for decoration than anything. They are not very tough once together and they are loose on my clipboards which are of normal thickness.

The clasps are well built and have plenty of holding pressure. Only downside are the rivets. The rivets aren’t as strong as I thought. They pop off at times as they aren’t permanent rivets.Update: don’t bother using rivets. Better off just installing pop rivets instead.

Fast shipping. Nice strong clip. Low profile. The included clips DO work if you fasten them right! They are not ‘finger push’ fasteners, though. And forget using a hammer (doesn’t work either). What you need is a pair of pliers or better yet, a vice grip. Slow, gentle pressure is what locks these babies in place for a snug fit.

I used these to make a cute binder from Target into a clipboard. Worked perfectly! I just used a drill to drill small holes in the binder cover where the clips would go and pliers to make sure the rivets were pressed together tightly. I only needed one clip, but since it came with so many, I'm now trying to find other things to turn into clipboards! :)

My husband made epoxy clipboards for our grandchildren. These clips are perfect. They’re sturdy, they stay in place, and they hold a lot of paper.I recommend.

Ich nutze diese Klemmen, um Listen an einem Schrank zu befestigen. Sie lassen sich mittels Schrauben ganz einfach anbringen und die Feder ist sehr stark, so dass auch mehr als 10 Blatt ohne Probleme gehalten werden. Aus meiner Sicht sehr praktisch und zu empfehlen :-)
