Good concept but......
The ratcheting function is great, tool seems heavy duty, but unfortunately after a tap or two, the tap itself keeps getting loose from the tool. It seems to be something internal, because the screw on the tool that holds the tap in place is tight. have to constantly loosen it up and retighten.

I don't recommend buying this at all
This "tool" is cheap. You get what you pay for. I don't recommend buying this at all. I'm actually afraid to apply any cutting pressure with it. It's not worth my time to return it. I am throwing it away.

Cheap waist of money!
Very poorly made. Retention slot won’t fit 3/8....tap sizes. Ratchet broke during its first use. Real peice of junk.

More than worth the money
Solid tool, little better than expected honestly. Handle portion fits snug and feels good. Ratchet mechanism performs fine. Does not feel flimsy at all. Reasonably priced as well.
