This review is for the USB-C to USB 3.0 Adapter.If I had this thing when I was buying my Macbook, I would have not bought the original, expensive and ugly adapter from Apple. From the start, I strongly disliked that my Macbook does not have an USB 3.0 port, so I could be using my flash drives conveniently; just as much I disliked the original Apple`s adapter, that just did not looked right with my shiny Macbook.This adapter by iRainy measures only 1.5'' long x a little over a 0.5'' wide. It is just slightly bigger than my ultra small pen drives. The shade of it is almost exactly the same as my gold Macbook`s (I`m very detail oriented, it looks like the same color, unless you look from a distance that is less than 3 inches, I have never seen another product that would come with the color so close). Now I can just plug my flash drive into this pretty adapter and take it with me or put it on my key chain, without the need of carrying huge, white Apple`s adapter.This adapter is very sophisticated looking and greatly complements the beauty of my laptop. It looks like something that Apple should come up with. There is a error message, if you do not eject the disk before you disconnect, I hoped that there would not be.I was lucky to receive this item through the company for my review, however all opinions are my own and not compensated.

These adaptors are super handy and the gold color looks nice in person. I purchased my 12 in MacBook because I wanted something super portable, so I don't want to be carrying around a bunch of bulky adaptors-- these are so small that I can take them anywhere I take my laptop (often they're the only computer accessory I'll carry, unless I have my charger). If they hadn't come in a 2 pack I would've purchased another of this same type since they're nice to have around and haven't failed me yet.

I got this to use an external USB mic to my cell phone to have better audio for Youtube videos.I'm using the Nexus 6p with a 4k video recording app and this adapter does the trick.Just plug in this adapter to the phone and the mic in the other end and Android gets the Blue Snowball mic working automatically.

The adapters fit the type C port on the Pixel C. Having the other end a regular USB make the Pixel compatable with most cables and devices. Useful

These work great! Perfect for the new MacBook. Now I can keep using my external HD that uses USB-A! I would highly recommend this product. It is such good quality. I have not had any issues with it. And the gold color and metal casing match my MacBook perfectly! Buy these! :)

After a small hiccup,iRainy has restored my confidence in their customer satisfaction. The product is seamless and matches the color of my MacBook. I just wish I didn't see any black when plugged up to my laptop.. But other than that... It does what it is supposed to do. Thanks a million.

The iRainy Type C Adapter 2-Pack features a male Type C to female Type A adapter, up to 10Gbps transfer speed, and up to 100W power delivery. It is compatible with most devices that have a Type C port.Unfortunately, I was unable to use this adapter because it fit extremely loose, constantly falling out. I am too afraid of it either falling out while transferring files or worse, shorting out my device. Additionally, the package I received was only a 1-pack (the package was tightly sealed, so there is no chance that one fell out), but the description indicates it was supposed to be a 2-pack. Even if I receive something to review, it should still be the same item as what is advertised.I received this produced gratis for the purpose of providing an independent evaluation and review.
