A Must .... if you have an air oven
My dad got an air oven and just couldn't do too much with it, other than make fries. Everything was overcooked or undercooked.... it just wasn't working out. I got this for him and everything is working out perfectly now. These cards have info on basic cooking skills in order for food to cook properly. From there, meals and recipes can easily be embellished. A definite must for anyone with an air oven and you don't know how to use it.

Great for a beginner
I like the format but had been hoping for more information about various items. The cards all had pretty much the same items. The thermometer is not quite long enough as I burned myself a few times trying to check the meats temperatures.Overall it is a good start for a beginner!😀
