Cooling Mattress Pad - The Feel Cooler BASIC Cooling Mattress Pad. (King)

I only write reviews if something is either horrible or awesome. And in this case, it's awesome. I bought a memory foam mattress a while ago. And in order for the warranty to hold up, I had to get a "breathable" water proof cover for it. I purchased a memory foam mattress with a cooling feature. But I assure you, between the mattress and the waterproof cover I was sweating every night. There was no cooling what so ever.I know this sounds gross but those that have this problem will appreciate this review. I would wake up every night in what felt like a pool of my own sweat. I then purchased a cheap regular mattress pad to go over the waterproof cover. In the hopes that it would kind of soak up the sweat and then I could wash it every time I washed my sheets. Needless to say it didn't work. I was still sweating every night and it fell apart after the first wash. I had spent a lot of money on my memory foam and had to keep using the waterproof protector to keep the warranty. I was so disappointed that I was uncomfortably hot every night.And then I started looking on Amazon. I came across this pad. And I couldn't be happier that I did. It will by no means feel like you're sleeping on an ice pack. It will not turn into an air conditioner. It won't blow cold air on you while you're sleeping. What it will do is keep you from waking up in a pool of your own sweat. It will keep you from waking up in the middle of the night feeling like your in a sauna. It has saved me from hating my memory foam purchase. This will keep you from sweating your ass off every night. I love it.

It did not cool my body while I slept -overpriced.

This fit great and it makes my memory foam much cooler! I love it!

This mattress pad does exactly as I need... Helps keep me cool! The one draw back, if you have an older mattress, it slips around. But that doesn't keep me from loving it!

What a waist of money. As was the memory foam mattress I bought . This pad does not work at all . I actually have two pads .
