For phone calls these are great but that's where the good ends. Sound quality for music is muffle and has literally no bass. When I first tried to get a replacement i was told I need to use a different size rubber tip. So now I'm expected to use a size that doesn't fit my ear in order to use them. Then i'm advised to make sure the case is charging them. After a week of arguing they agreed to take them back as long as i paid to return them. Do yourself a favor and spend your money with a seller Amazon actually backs!

Best for long life as far as the patent and setup is concerned its definetly plug and play. Bt 5.0 makes the audio quality nice but lacks in bass. The rubber slips on the earbuds tend to come off. (the ones on the outer portion and not the ear tips) They can get lost very easily. Noise cancellation is good when playing w/e you got at full blast. I dont reccomend you to play at an extremely high volume but you cant hear anybody when they are speaking louder than the train noise in the background.

Love these earbuds. Instant connect, long battery life, stay in ear and sound quality is very good. Only problem I have is with the right earbud, it will disconnect with an electrical crackle and static for no reason and only when it's being used by itself. Haven't figured it out, it's annoying so I just use the left earbud alone or the pair together...

Static & does not stay connected. Request for refund and still waiting to return!! Hate these!

I have a pair of these. They work really well with my cell phone but they cause my cell's battery to drain quick. Luckily the case charges my phone so I don't have a problem with that. I also can't be on more than one app in my phone if I'm using these because it will quickly heat up my battery. The thing is I have a Samsung S 7 which I've had since 2016 so it's an old phone that still holds true to me.I'm giving these three stars because of the problems I have with these. First, these were given to me and if they cost as much as Amazon is offering I'm pretty sure my family member would've kept these.Second, they don't securely fit in my ears. None of the replacements do. If I exercise or change shirts, or move excessively, these things will fall out of my ears.When I use these I have to play around with the 'tap' feature. They don't always work. If I'm fumbling with these then I will either accidentally pause or skip a song. If I try to answer the phone it won't answer. I even have a issue with trying to adjust the volume. If I could figure out where I need to tap these to work right then I might give it a extra star but I've had these for a little over two months and I still don't have these down pact.Here's where these things had me confused. I purchased a Bluetooth V4.0 Transmitter/Receiver Wireless A2DP Audio 3.5mm Aux USB Adapter Hub BE. At first I couldn't get these to work and that's because I was trying to transmit instead of receive. Once I figured that out I was able to get this to pair with that transmitter/receiver. Because I thought this didn't work, I ended up purchasing a Bluetooth Transmitter & Receiver 4.2 Wireless Audio Adapter 2in1 Music 3.5mm Aux that works with these and my computer. I have to put the audio jack on the 'receive' end instead of the 'transmit' end to work with my cell phone.Now when I use my Bluetooth Transmitter & Receiver 4.2 Wireless Audio Adapter 2in1 Music 3.5mm Aux with these and my computer it gets two stars. That's because I can't control the volume or anything else. With my computer when whatever has audio is done I can hear electronic feedback. The only way I can describe that is if you crank up the volume without playing anything, that feedback you hear is what I hear when I use these Slides for computer purposes.I only used these with my computer once and I listened to my computer for a little over 3 hours with no problems but I don't know how long these can last listening to a computer before the battery dies. I do know that the second transmitter/receiver I have to pair with these plays well in different areas of my home. I just can't close a door because the signal gets choppy afterwards.These are OK ear buds with technical issues that don't deserve the amount it costs. For that price these shouldn't be giving me any problems it gives and it does and I'm glad my family member didn't pay as much for these as Amazon is charging.

I'll start with I have had and tested lots of different headphones. Every pair of headphones you get, if you want the best fit you have to buy aftermarket ear tips, period. These are no exception to that.These TWS earbuds have absolutely AMAZING SOUND and CALL QUALITY. The CASE is HUGE, for this I take one Star off. It's really nice to have all that battery life, but let's be real YOU DON'T NEED 60 HRS of listening time, 24 is more than enough. These are amazing though and highly recommend them over all others at this price point.
