Great knife set for the money. All knives come super sharp. Big one is a great kitchen knife, slices with ease and has enough weight and good grip to work well with lots of stuff. If you need a good knife set on a budget this is the option you want. I don't usually write reviews for anything but these we good enough that I felt it was warranted at this price point. You'd probably be looking at 2x this price for a better set, don't look for anything else around this price this is what you want

I love the knives they’re extremely sharp what I like about them the most is they don’t get rust-like spots when you put them in the dishwasher. The handle and the knife is all in one piece stainless, you don’t have to worry about handles breaking or falling apart. Love the knife block that it comes with as well. Price was great too for as many items as I got with the set. I will buy this for family members or as a gift. Very nice set!

I guess I never knew just how lovely a sharp knife is to hold and use! I didn’t need steak knives, and I don’t have a lot of counter space, so I went with these. The wood alone is gorgeous, and fits my space perfectly. But the knives! Wow! I will take great care using these sharp beauties - although I can even cut myself with dull knives! But these are a delight to hold, with thin blades, which I prefer, and incredibly sharp! And the metal blade continues throughout the entire body of each knife.I recently also bought a slightly less expensive set of knives, which included steak knives, for my Airbnb, and the difference in both the wood block and the knives is obvious!

This is a great kitchen knife set for the money. They seem to stay sharp and no rust issues.

These are very nice! Sturdy, balanced, razor sharp and dishwasher safe. Buying these as wedding gifts moving forward. No filet knife but that I have. Everything else though ( at least for semi serious home chefs like me ). Much better quality than I’ve grown accustomed to!

I bought this set as a gift for my mother. She didn't the additional steak / kitchen knives, only the larger cutlery. This set made a great gift, the knives are feel heavy sturdy. They're also sharp and hold the edge well. And the counter top storage block is perfect, not to big. We used them to carve turkey and prime rib over the holidays and they worked perfectly. They're in my wish list for myself to replace my drawer of old knives.

While not a chef in a professional manner, I have been a home cook as well as being an officers cook during my active duty in the US Amphib Navy, having used good knives and terrible, I know you don't cut yourself as often by using sharp well balanced knives!In addition, being a semi-retired, custom works fine wood crafter, I know that all blades, bits, knives and chisels are best kept sharp to a razor edge at all times, so being around sharpening stones, and knowing how to use them to make a razor edge is paramount in fine woodworking, these blades are "Full Tine" meaning that, from tip of knife to end of handle, is one piece of solid high carbon stainless steel, necessary for both balance, and quality knife that won't fail when used correctly, and ..kept correctly sharpened!A tool is a tool, ..this one is a fine and necessary kitchen tool!A great starter set for a beginner chef! But purchase either a high quality sharpening stone, or at least a sharpening steel! (learning how to sharpen is also required!)..

This is a great looking knife set on our counter and the cost is very reasonable. The knifes are sharp and work well. We did have a little rust on one knife and their customer service responded immediately and solved our problem. They did advise us that all steel is subject to rust and recommended that we clean as soon as possible after use and to dry. What we do and it seems to work great is after use we rinse all food off knife and dry with a scot towel before putting in dishwasher. This seems to work well and we are very happy with our knife set

Looks look, is good. They started to look oxygen don’t know if is the dishwasher. And no sharpener.

I have had these for about a year. They’re great. I read some of the comments and I disagree. With these types of knives you need to wash them and then dry them IMMEDIATELY with a soft cloth, like a microfibre cloth. Sharpen them, keep them clean. If you take care of them correctly I don’t see how they won’t last a long time and look good. I would like however, if they offered replacement knives because somehow I have misplaced one lol.

Not expensive at all and very sharp right out of the box. Light weight for the knifes and the block is heavy.

I would definitely recommend these nights they are the best and they’re not a bad price
