Great value laptop.
This is a really well built laptop at a really good price point. Some points compared to other feedback:Some people grumble about it being Windows 10 S, however it only takes 5 minutes to remove this and revert it back to Windows 10 Home edition, problem solvedBattery life is very good, the laptop is thin so can't store loads of battery but the quality gives good usageStorage is SSD so is a lot faster than standard laptop disks, great to have 128GB at this price pointMemory is 4GB, ideally it could do with 8GB but this isn't a gaming laptop so should suffice for general usage. Not sure memory can be upgraded either as I understand it's soldered to the motherboardDisplay is crisp and bright and the audio is sufficient, not amazing, but you get what you pay forOverall a really good quality laptop with the feel and build of a more expensive model.

Perfect everyday laptop and excellent value for money
I am SO happy with my new laptop. I bought this laptop to write and read documents/emails, browse the internet and edit my partners website, so its perfect for my needs. Its robust but lightweight with a slim and sleek design and the battery life is so far brilliant. I like that it starts up so quickly and isn't slow for my general use, but I turned off the finger print reader as it only occasionally seems to work but that's not a concern for me. As per other reviews I switched out of the Windows 10 S mode which was very easy to do. Overall, this is a fantastic laptop for everyday uses.

Good quality for price
Very good laptop for the price, pros easy to navigate, clear screen and fast. Cons speakers are poor and keyboard is a bit fiddly and getting used to.

Very good laptop especially for the price
The laptop is a perfect size for me, and the material is really good. It looks smart and sturdy while being incredibly light and portable. It's really what I needed. Battery life has been good, brightness has been okay (maybe still a tad too bright in the dark, but I am very sensible to brightness), fingerprint reader has been working okay (sometimes it's really fast, other times it asks me to write the PIN or password even though I clearly always use the same finger). Not a problem for me to be honest. The audio is pretty good, the quality of the screen is great, the keyboard lights up which allows for easy typing in the dark. Been using this laptop for work (using a portal for work + Microsoft Office) & leisure (surfing the Net, streaming, social media, Spotify). Browsing the Internet is pretty fast even with multiple tabs open. I know there isn't a ton of memory space but I usually save my docs and pics in a separate cloud anyway. The charger is a good length. For what I need from a computer, I can't ask for anything more.

Fantastic for work, browsing and music.
This laptop review is specifically about its RAM! It completely surprised me with its memory: 4gb was something I swore off a few years back and was sceptical that Windows 10 could actually run it. My own desktop PC has 16gb of RAM and so I was expected the 4gb to bottleneck with a few things open. I decided to test it. By the end I had over 20 Google Chrome (3 were YouTube) tabs open, iTunes, Word, Microsoft Store and Amazon Music apps open. I was also watching a 4K video review of this laptop at the same time and I decided to run a quick virus scan just to see how this laptop would cope. The quad-core CPU would spike to 100% on a few occasions but considering it can boost this wasn't an issue for me; it was the memory I was more interested in. I had a look at task manager and I was only using around 3.0/3.8 gb! I then discovered something called 'committed memory' (which a few years ago I knew as virtual memory). It's a nice feature that uses the SSD as a temporary sort of memory so that the physical RAM still has space on it for the things actually running. I was using around 7gb of this virtual memory! Back on Windows 7, this would have slowed the HDD down but it seems to be way more optimised now.If you had asked me if I wanted 8gb then sure, I would want to upgrade it if the RAM wasn't soldered! But whatever Windows 10 is doing to compensate for the lack of physical memory was almost unnoticeable.Oh and the battery life is amazing, with all of this in the background it was saying around 7 hours.

Overall, recommended
All-round good performance and feel. However, the USB charging port has already started playing up after a couple of months, so I fear an annoying repair is on the cards.
