This was my second time purchasing the Cashmere Woods Reed diffuser. Such a beautiful and subtle fragrance for the home. With my second purchase, I noticed that the bottle is slightly larger and didn't include the lovely decorative item inside the oil. I have the diffuser hidden, therefore it doesn't make a difference to me that the decor was missing. I highly recommend Lovespa. I alternate the reeds weekly and the bottle lasted nearly 1.5 years. Well worth the value and experience.

Smells wonderful. Lasting, I smell it when I walk in the door. I will be buying this ongoing. Love it.

I had high hopes for this scent based on the rave reviews, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The scent is overwhelmingly chemical with barely a hint of vanilla, leaving me thoroughly disappointed.Considering the hefty price tag, I was shocked by the lackluster result. Save your money and look elsewhere for a true vanilla fragrance.

I purchased this about a week ago and am very disappointed. It's at my kitchen sink, about 3 inches behind my faucet. Surely, I should be able to smell something when I'm standing at the sink, but no. I gave it a couple of days and have rotated the reeds several times. I started with a couple of reeds in case it was strong, but have all of the reeds in the bottle at this point. If I get the oil on my fingers, there's a faint smell, but there is no smell in my kitchen. So glad I didn't buy a couple of other scents I'd picked out from this brand. The only reason it got a 2nd star is because the packaging and bottle are pretty.UPDATE: After leaving this review, I was contacted by LOVSPA. They were sorry I didn't like the product and gave me the option of a refund or replacement. I took the refund and received it promptly. So, I gave them another star for excellent customer service. To be clear, the scent I ordered was Coastal Citrus -- I have no idea how the other scents might be.

I love the smell! It’s such a beautiful scent. The look is so cute and really looks nice amongst my winter decor. My only problem is, the smell does disappear after a few days. Even when I flip the sticks. I only get an hour of scent here and there, then nothing! So if ya want to smell it, you’re flipping the sticks every few hours.

Easy to use and beautiful

Really impressed by this little reed diffuser. Smells exactly like V*l*spa’s original Baltic Amber. The scent is strong and ideal for a small bathroom. I am only using 4 reeds just so I have enough oil for the next 2 months. Will definitely check out the bamboo scent for spring. Arrived very fast at my doorstep in two days. Highly recommend!

The product arrive with no damage, it’s so chic and smells great. I got the ‘apple’ comes with an apple slice it’s awesome.
