I was introduced to these while on a special diet in which I lost 35 lbs. I eat them now because I love them. The sweet taste disguises balance in this amazing bar. One with coffee fills me all morning and well into the afternoon. There's no let down and they are completely satisfying. According to the information they're nutritionally balanced. Lots of other bars on the market but most are just icky tasting. I recommend this little gem.

Even if you don’t have a nut allergy, these are good. Since I don’t eat fast food, then I take at least one for any road trip. First time to buy this flavor, really liked the berry version, a while back. Added plus, low sugar and who needs more sugar?

These were delicious but a bit sweet, even for me. I would order them again and keep them around for a dessert instead of meal replacement.
