Better than regular heating pad
I have had the pad for about a month, and works good. It feels like heat gets a little deeper than regular pad, but hard to tell sometime. The temp control is almost a joke, I just have to max it out to feel any heat, basically an on off switch. It is a joke to think you are going to be able to set a temperature with this pad, it seems to have hot and cold spots, like a regular pad, and difficult to focus on certain area of body, like the knee. I don’t have a clue what area of the pad has temperature sensor. It is nice to be able to fold the pad to focus on an area for heat, but temperature control is just not effective.

Stopped working
I noticed it started losing temp and not holding it a couple months back. Now I can even get it to turn on. Same thing happened with my moisture fleece one. Seems like the more expensive ones just don’t hold up. Would love to hear from seller on if they have a warranty. Very sad to pay 100 bucks and not get even a years worth out of it.If the seller replaces it I’d say it’s great. Love the lighter weight and flexible of it. And it’s super soft!

I love it and my clients love it
I use this literally every day at work as a massage therpist. My clients love it. It's small & flexible. So much better than just plain heat or rice bags that get cold after 20 minutes. I use a lot of heat in my sessions.... Hot table, hot stones, hot towels, hot socks, hot neck roll.... This is the one thing clients will ask for specifically. Far infrared is a deeper kind of heat. I find that it relaxes my clients better and relieves stiff backs, aching knees, tight hamstrings, etc. When I use this on my clients I can be working on one area and know that the infrared heat is working on another area. For travel, this smaller size packs easily. Super lightweight. I own several other FIR heat pads, large and small as well as ones with stones, but this one gets far more use than any of the others.

Better than a heating pad
I pulled a muscle in my shoulder and my friend recommended this pad for the excruciating pain. I had no idea how much better it is than a regular heating pad but it’s the best. This was a perfect size and very soft and cozy. I didn’t give it five stars because sometimes it doesn’t heat to the set temp. but I just up the temp to compensate for it.It comes with a long cord which is nice and I do unplug it when I’m not using it. I think it made a difference in the healing of my shoulder, I used it nonstop and it did help with the pain, I just left it on my chair and when it started hurting it was right there. It was odd that my physical therapist had no idea what this was, sad bc it’s a valuable tool in the healing process.

soft, thin, and gets hot
It is very thin and flexible, soft and gets really hot if you want it to. I have one in my bed and in my recliner. Use them every day. It has a heat setting and one for time

Soft and flexible
Very thin and soft heating pad. Much more flexible than the stone pads. Folds up very small for easy storage. Long cord comes with the heating pad. Cord and plug are not as bulky as the other pads as well. Set at 125 the heating pad doesn't get above 111 but still feels comfortable.

Expensive GARBAGE!
This is the first time I needed to use this and am so disappointed because it is a piece of junk that I spent a LOT of money on! First, it doesn't heat up at all - lukewarm at best (if your lucky...). Second, the little warmth it does create is spotty and basically only from one corner of the pad - so the one corner is warm (not hot) and the rest of the pad is still cold. Third, as I'm pressing the heat UP button, the pad is getting cooler instead of warmer. TOTAL GARBAGE WITH A CAPITOL G. I had to send my husband to the local pharmacy and he picked me up a cheapie heating pad that worked great.

Unacceptable EMF Levels
This pad is very soft and easy to store. I found the level of heat to be acceptable, even though the actual number on the controller did not seem to match the temperature felt when using the heating pad. For example, a temp of 104 feels like 141 to the body, but still only shows as a 104 on the controller. My biggest issue with this heated pad was that the EMF levels were too high. This heating pad was supposed to be no EMF and as you can see from my pictures, but this was not true. It is possible that I received a faulty unit, but I have no way of knowing. For what it is worth, the jade and tourmaline pad by UTK gave a near 0 EMF reading and it heats very nicely as well.I am giving three stars because the pad was really nice and heated well. It just needed some adjustments to the controller and the EMF readings to be perfect. Thanks!
