Great Cheese warmer waited awhile to do the review to see how well it was and lets just say it hasn't disappointed

Product Update on Cheese Pump
We ordered one of these pumps 7 years ago and worked well. I ordered a new pump and it stopped working after two days. The pump is re-designed to stamped metal and will not last. I was promised a new pump to replace it but nothing has arrived. Six weeks since I reported the problem.Customer service sent us a new pump yesterday. Hopefully it will work better than the first one.

Seals on the piston keep coming off
After using paragon heated pump twice it worked fine. The third time the seal on the piston came off. To place the seals back on the piston requires disassembling the pump. Oh everything is covered in hot cheese. A real mess. The fourth time I user it after the seals came off 3 times. I gave up and replaced the pump with a spoon. I contacted the manufacture, and they sent a replacement pump. Installed it. After the seals popped off 3 times. I switched back to the spoon. Extremely disappointing. Absolute do not buy. I was using the dispenser for two days in a row once a month. So too much time has gone buy to return it.

Works as advertised
One part was not working called customer service they were great and sent another one right out I highly recommend

Okay, but not what it could be.
The instructions are not easy to follow. The heating unit supports different can sizes, but didn’t come with the insert to keep the shorter can up high enough to remove when empty.

Perfect, Great, awesome, worth it.
I am a youth leader, and we do several community events such as ice cream socials and pool parties, we serve nacho cheese and chocolate fudge and caramel, this pump holds the #10 can and it is liquified in 10-15 minutes. Such a great product and wait times come to a minimal. Would highly recommend, and the spout it comes out of is heated, it ranges for 100 to 200 degrees and has front controls which is a plus, this machine is all around a great product, It also allows portion controls, and the on/off switch is lighted.

My pump does not work

Clean lines looks good on counter. Works well.
Going to use this for our church functions also in my concession trailer. Was packed well no damages. And some reviews said the pump was hard to use I do not find it hard to use at all
