This thing is great. It pretty high quality construction and it's got neck support. I didn't even know I needed neck support till I got this thing, but it's a life changer. I would rate it 5 stars if Amazon would let me, the only minus I could possibly think of is that it maybe runs a tad big.

Runs a little short.
Works pretty good but the cut is a little short for me. I bought a large, it fits in the shoulders, how I'd expect, however, it could be a couple inches longer in length.
