This will definitely give you an energy boost. However, I took it early in the morning and couldn't sleep until very late that night after taking it. Probably depends on how much caffeine you're used to. I only drink coffee and can't drink energy drinks because they make me shaky.

I've had this before and it works great. The packaging is different than what is pictured. It states that it is LIV, but what is shipped is LIV Hybrid. It appears to be the same or similar we'll see
