Picture is amazing, touch functionality lasted a few days
When I first got this screen I absolutely loved it. The picture quality is fantastic! The screen itself has a very nice look to it and came with everything needed to plug in and go. Unfortunately the touch functionality just didnt last. It worked for a few days, then suddenly it could no longer be detected by the PC. I tried multiple cables, removing the driver and reinstalling all to no avail. So back it goes and I will look for an alternative.UPDATE: April 2020 - When I first looked to return the monitor to Amazon these were out of stock. Just before I sent it back I noticed they had stock so I had the monitor replaced. Fast forward a couple of months and the second monitor has been working great. I raised my review from 2-4 stars as hopefully the first monitor was just a fluke and I was able to easily exchange during the return period.

I Like This Monitor With a Caveat
The picture quality is great as well as the other functionalities of the monitor. My caveat is that the product states it is a VERSA mount; this is not quite true. The four holes on the back are not threaded screw holes that you would see on a typical VERSA mount monitor but rather it is designed to be hung on a wall. The four mounting holes are 76 mm (3 inches) apart. To mount it I had to remove that back cover of the monitor to secure the mount with nuts and lock-washers; M.2 nuts are required to use with the supplied mounting hardware. Additionally, I had to shim the supplied thumb screws with washers on the outside of the back cover so it would fit properly when re-attaching it.

It just works
I'm using this as a touch interface for a custom-programmed DMX lighting controller, running off a Raspberry Pi. It works as well as one might expect a touchscreen to perform. The touch-sensitive power button placement is a little unfortunate, but the manual describes a way to lock it out, and that works fine.I did have some weird behavior regarding touch registration on Linux, which caused me to tear my hair out trying to fix it, until I found another review on Amazon suggesting that "usbhid.mousepoll=0" be appended (without quotes) to /boot/cmdline.txt, which fixed the problem and now it's working perfectly.Something potentially worth noting: the touch interface is still active even if the monitor is off (either sleeping due to the operating system no longer sending a signal, or off via the power button on the front panel). So you may still be registering taps if you mess with it even when the monitor is off.

Failing in less than a year
I bought this monitor in April 2020. It was working great until recently when both top corners started showing some sort of bubbles between the glass and screen. It is like the glue is slowly dissolving and it keeps expending. Not super obvious yet, but definitely catches the eye.

Cheap but still good
I use this for a custom made electronic dartboard and it works great. The touch sensitivity is good, the image is good, I really can't complain except for one thing. Whatever adheres the screen to the metal case doesn't hold up well. I actually separated the screen from the frame when I was testing fitting some stuff. It didn't hurt anything but it was a little disconcerting.

Massive defects in screen after a few months
Was fine for a little while but after a couple months they started to be flaws in the bottom corners now after about a year, the screen looks horrific, really poor quality, my guess is the entire process of bonding the layers of the screen together they use some kind of garbage glue.

This was a waste of money
The screen came out of box with a weird water stain look to it. I sent it back and was sent another with the exact same problem. I use this with a mini Lenovo for lighting gigs and and haven't used it in a while (because of Covid) and now that I got it out to update computer the touchscreen doesn't work at all. Pretty disappointed in this. Keep in mind this was kept in a Pelican case and not moved and kept in the house. So no water, no excess heat or cold. The picture looks great maybe I got a bad batch

Attractive Package/Price, but Defective Out of Box
I wanted a small monitor to add a 2nd screen to my Microsoft Surface Pro. This product was the closest I could find in terms of size and aspect ratio. Nicely packaged, but had a glaring and immediate defect out of box. The entire left edge of the display area exhibited weird Moire patterns display defects, which are normally caused by improper bonding of the display layers during assembly. As the packaging of the product itself, and the Amazon shipping packaging was very good, with no visible signs of mis-handling during shipment, I can only conclude that the company that made the product has little or poor out-going quality control, as they shipped a glaringly defective product. This being the case, I did not request a replacement, but a refund.
