Great bang for the buck
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. A good solid keyboard keys are light and smooth, the LEDs are not blinding and fully adjustable with a few pre programmed effects also. It remembers your settings even if you fully unplug it.As for the customization, you press Fn and ~ then the caps lock led will start flashing. You go key by key setting each color then Fn and ~ will save it. It keeps your settings even if you take it to another computer.

Great keyboard.
Pros: reminds me of the keys of the electric typewriters I learned to type on when I was a teenager (oops aging myself there). Great size for those needing more room on their desk but still has the 10 key so no need to buy a separate keypad just for the 10 key. I realize some don't use the keypad and that's great but for those of us who do and but still need a keyboard that has a smaller footprint it's great. The spacing between keys is great for me as I don't have really large hands. Also, the keyboard has great anti-ghosting. There are multiple lighting effects to choose from. The keyboard is well made, which truly surprised me because of the lower price point. There is hardly any flex if any to the board and it doesn't slide all over the desk. Comes with key puller and an extra key, both of which store on the keyboard itself. Though keys are missing from the keyboard they make up for it with multi-funtional keys. I love that to use the "missing" keys you don't have to hold down the Alt key or the Fn key but insted you have a key that changes the 10-key and it is just a minor learing curve to use that key when you have to go back and forth between the two settings. The cord length is perfect for my needs and the fact that it is braided makes me love it moreCons: The print on the instruction manual is really, really tiny. The 10-key has the stupid 00 key on it where the 0 key should be. For those of us who use the 10- key the 0-key is usually right below the 2 not off to the left under the 1. The instruction state that the keyboard itself is customizable but that is VERY limited. I thought hey I hate where the 0 and 00 keys are so let's switch them and use the key puller to rearrange the keys to my preference but no that is not how it works. I have to admit it was a minor learning curve over using the 0 and 00 in their current locations but its didn't take long. Though I like the sound of the keys, they are a bit loud so other people around you may find them irritating. Conclusion: I would buy the keyboard again, even with the issue of the 0 and 00 keys, and highly recommend it.

The number pad region is quite confusing in use.
I thought I wanted a more compact keyboard, and could live with having the right-hand arrow keys and control cluster consolidated with the 10-key region. This keyboard has an extremely confusing implementation compared to a typical laptop keyboard. It's also quite difficult to tell whether the num lock key is engaged or not. I think I'd have preferred a num lock key to the glowing logo key in the upper right hand corner, and to have the 10-key region function the way they often do on laptop keyboards, with the home/page up/etc. actions and arrows mapped to the number keys when num lock is disengaged. In that system, the number keys have two potential functions, vs. three in this keyboard's implementation.

Great layout, awesome lighting, some misinformation and incorrect description though.
Let me start by saying that, for the price I'm not too upset all things considered, but there is some incorrect info about this. First off the "aluminum" frame that you can get for this is NOT aluminum...it's white plastic. So that right there is pretty bad. It still looks good, don't get me wrong, and it's well made, but it's a completely different material and look compared to what it should be. Secondly the seller says in the Q&A that the switches are hotswappable but they are NOT. Kind of a big deal because while I got the Blue switches I did plan on swapping them with different ones. So while I'm OK with the stock switches I'll have to take the keyboard apart and unsoldered the switches if I want to swap them out.Other than that however this thing is pretty good. I enjoy the layout a lot, it's compact but full enough that it's not complicating and there isn't an overabundance of Fn functions. I've read some people say the numpad is complicating but it isn't. The top right key switches from numpad to function and arrow keys, with the sections lighting up or not depending on the mode. They switch key also turns on and off depending on the mode. Simple. The numpad has it's own on/off "Numpad" key as well like any other keyboard that has it's own on/off LED next to the Esc key. At least to me it's easy to understand, honestly don't see any issues.Build quality and lighting are pretty good. It's weighty, VERY little flex. Included cable is well made, if not a little short and non-detachable. The cable router on the bottom side also doesn't grip very well. If you just leave the keyboard on your desk and don't move it I'm sure it's fine but I move mine a lot, in my lap, etc and I had to just glue the cable in place to keep it from falling out. Otherwise the extra frame is nice as well. Again, plastic, but it's well molded, held on with four magnets, easy to remove but not easy to accidently remove. Decent design over all.RGB lighting is pretty great. Nice smooth transitions, pretty bright, decent white reproduction. The onboard modes and options are pretty great as well. I don't need the software at least, I can do everything I want onboard.First time using Jixian switches but they all work so far and have a pretty good click and weight to them. I wish I could swap them for some Navy Box Blues but that'll be much more of a chore than I might be willing to put up with as these switches are good enough. The included keycaps are double shot ABS and feel good enough, I replaced them already though with some SA PBT caps so I can't speak too much on them, but they work.So yeah, other than the misinformation which again are two pretty MAJOR things to get wrong, for the price I really can't complain at the end of the day. Great compact layout with easy to use and full size functionality mixed with very good backlighting and built quality all things told. Would highly recommend without hesitation!
