Torklift is the way to go for your truck camper hauling and towing needs.
The Torklift 20K Superhitch and Supertruss hitch extension is the only way to safely and securely tow behind a truck camper with an overhang beyond the bed of the truck. We tow a 24 foot Pace American Shadow race car trailer with a classic car behind a Lance 1010 slide-in camper on an F 350 crewcab dually Ford truck with great results! The overall length of the unit is just shy of 56 feet, but it tows nice and stable. Our camper has a 30 inch overhang with bumper, however I am using the 36 inch extension to provide adaquate clearence between the rear of the camper and the front of the trailer sharp turns. The hitch is designed to tow 20K without the extension and the double ball mount offered by Torklift. With the 36 inch extension the unit will handle 12K with load equalizer bars and 6K without load equalizer bars. We tow our race car trailer, about 8K with 1000 lb load equalizer bars. We tow our 22 foot sport boat, about 4K lbs as a dead weight tow and it works perfectly. The reciever is designed to work with the Torklift tiedowns on the rear. The front tiedowns bolt to the truck frame and provide a very secure system for your truck camper. On my install there was no additional drilling required, as everything was designed to mount on existing holes in the truck frame. I have added several different Torklift products to my camper and have been very pleased with all of them.

Not impressed with the fit into the receiver, I had to grind it down just to slip it into a standard superhitch receiver.

Love this product
This is my 2nd torq lift super truss the we have been using it for around 7 years my daughter rodeo's so we have put a lot of miles on it have pulled a lot of weight behind it so to be safe I bought a new one and this one is better than the first one love this product we wouldn't be able to do want we do without it

All torque lift products that I have purchased are excellent and this is no exception . Fit and trim and finish top notch . Not cheap cost wise but better than worrying about a homemade or lower costing unit that’s going to bend or fall off .
