Q: Will they fit 2021 GT 5.0?

I would not recommend these. Three of them fit, but the fourth did not, and despite their claim of free replacements or return, they actually do NOT take returns nor offer replacement. I had them professionally installed, asked for the replacement or to return them within a week of getting them, and the company gaslighted me. I notified Amazon about this, but they did nothing. I could have pursued it further, but I have a medical condition that distracted me enough with some surgery and I just let it go. AGAIN, do not buy from this seller!

Q: Do i need a wheel spacer to use these on my 2007 mustang gt

If your wheel is 17" inches or less it won't fit. If it's 18" and bigger than it will fit. No need for a spacer.
