Easy peasy
Created these perfectly round cake pops. Poured batter into well greased (used coconut oil spray) bottom half (with no hole) all the way up to the top of the mold, affixed the top with the hole and baked at 350 for 30 minutes. Perfectly cooked and perfectly round!!! Absolutely recommend for a fun cake pop experience!

Works if you're a patient person
On my first attempt, I was able to make this work well enough. There weren't any instructions included, but the internet was helpful.I think the key is to have a thick cake batter, make sure to grease&flour the molds, put something heavy on top (oven safe, won't block holes) [which I failed to do, but will try next time].... but yeah, I still was able to use my paring knife to clean these up. Out of 40, only 19 were pretty enough to display. First attempt, not bad, I call that a success. Here's what I did---I used box cake mix and spruced it up a bit.I piped the cake batter into the cups with a piping bag, a slight little baby bit over half full.My bake was 360 F for 20-25 min. After they came out of the oven, I let them cool for a bit.Once cool-ish, I stuck the sticks in that awesome microwavable melty chocolate (you can find on the baking aisle by all the chocolate chips) to bind the stick inside the pop. And I stuck them in the freezer for 30 minutes or so. That way the cake stays on the pop. Then I trimmed the edges of the cake.Used the same melty chocolate to dunk them. And added sprinkles of coarse. This is a messy and time consuming project, but if you have about 4 hours and you're willing to deal with the cake batter & sprinkle mess, go for it.Something else- I set the mold on top of a cookie sheet so it wouldn't sink into the ridges in the oven rack. It baked well being on the cookie sheet.Sorry if that's TMI, good luck with your science experiment.

Perfectly round cake pops
I didn’t use the silicone mold to bake my cake batter in; I mainly wanted the mold to keep the round shape of my cake pops when they are set down and it did just that. After baking the cake and cutting the crust off, one box of cake mix fits all 20 cavities (approx. 1.2oz per cake pop). I would recommend this tool for anyone interested to keep the round shape. The sticks are small like the ones from Starbucks, and the plastic bags are a little small, but it worked for 1.2-1.4 oz cake pops.

Almost a perfect set! Just a few faults...
These silicon molds are fantastic for making cake pops!! I recommend using a thicker cake batter (more whipped eggs and butter) with a cake recipe that calls for room temperature butter (melted butter makes the cakes more oily later). Make sure not to overfill the mold and make sure to cook the cake pops enough and you'll be solid! The only bad things about this set is that the sticks are too short and the wrappers are wayy too small. If your cake pops are the size of the mold, they will not fit into the wrappers. For more cake pop creations and decorations follow my insta: cakesandsara

This is a perfect kit for a beginner like myself.
I used this to make honey lollipops. They hold the stick nicely in place and unmold easily.

Good quality and fun
You’ll need to look up directions and recipes, but once you know what you’re doing, this is a perfect set! The mold is easy to use and easy to clean. It is good quality and seems like it will last a long time. I like that it comes with bags, twist ties, and sticks.Make sure to put melted chocolate on the stick before putting it in and do it gently so the balls don’t break. I also suggest melting the chocolate, then letting it cool off before using. It won’t harden but will be way easier to work with. When the chocolate is hot, it takes a lot longer to harden on the cake and it drips all over the place, sometimes leaving thinner spots. We found that when the chocolate was cooled off, it was so easy to work with and made beautiful pops!Do know that this kit does not have a stand with it or a way to hold the pops while they are drying. The kids thought maybe the holes in the mold would do that, but it’s flimsy rubber like material, so it won’t. You can rig something up or buy one. Or you can hold for a couple minutes before setting fit down on parchment paper. This is what we did and another reason the cool chocolate worked better. If you held it for a minute or two while someone else was dipping another one, you could set it down and not get a flat spot. The hotter chocolate took well over 15 minutes to cool and we ended up seeing them down and getting a flat spot because we didn’t have enough hands to hold them!

Unnecessary product
Well. This product is kind of unnecessary. To make cake pops all you have to do is make a cake , let it cool. Crumble it up In a dish with icing and mix it together. Then refrigerate for a bit , & decorate. I made these with the silicone trays & the way I listed with icing & if you do it with the icing it taste more like a real “cake pop” where the silicone trays just give you ball of cake. Hope this makes sense & helps!! =)

Functional
This review is for Akingshop 12 Capacity Silicone Lollipop Mold Set, Sucker Molds and Chocolate Hard Candy .etc The mold was bought so I could sit my cakepops in after i roll them so the won't develop flat spots, and that works. As far as it working to actually bake something in, I don't know. It works for me as a functional piece for my purposes. The bags and sticks on the other hand leave a bit to be desired. Yes, they do work, however, the bags are really small and the sticks are too short for my liking. I will use the bags and sticks for home use cake pops and use my other bags for gifts.
