Great charger, loud fan
This is a great charger, with two completely independent circuits with separate UI for each. The best feature is a programmable end voltage, so you can charge to say 80% for short-term storage, then do a 10 minute full charge just before you use the battery again - increasing the battery's lifespan. It auto-detects the cell count (2S, 4S, etc.) so you can re-use programs for batteries with different cell count but similar maximum charge current ratings. The UI is a little confusing but you get used to it.Given that it has a touch screen, it would be nice to have a feature where you enter the mAh and charge C rating of the battery and let it do the math to figure out the current. But it doesn't currently have that (although I see it has a firmware upgrade port, so maybe in the future?).The unit has an integrated power supply, which is great! But there's also a tiny fan that comes on full blast randomly during charging, and boy is it loud! It makes me and my cats jump every time. The original charge cables have T plugs and a bunch of adapters for different connectors. I found them to be extremely tight, requiring use of pliers to separate them. So I ended up replacing them with individual cables with banana plugs to connect directly to the charger.

Very compact and comprehensive charger. Does just about everything well
I gave this charger a 5 because I am not aware of anything better for the size and weight. You get a dual charger that can charge just about any RC battery with the correct adapter. Each channel charges independently (batteries don't have to be the same on both channels). I can chare a 2S Lipo on one channel while charging a NiMH receiver pack on channel 2.I especially like how compact it its because I travel with my RC sometimes by plane and keeping everything compact enough to fit in one suitcase can sometimes be a challenge. With this I get two chargers for the space and weight of own without having to carry and external 12V power supply.

Battery charger
I ordered the $100 touch screen charger and I recived a $30 charger that doesn’t even work in a normal outlet.

Want your batteries to last? This is the one to get
One thing I like about the chargers by HTRC is how they allow you to setup the cut-off voltage for your charge. With this charger you can set the charge to 85% instead of 100%, and as long as you don't drain the battery down below 20%, you can pretty much make your battery last 5 to 10 times as much (depending on your drain and charge speed). Batteries degrade every minute it's sitting at 100%, and it often doesn't make sense for us to store batteries at the storage level of 50% just to spend time charging before use, but topping off form 90%, for example, could work.Yes, other chargers have the "storage" function, which charges your battery to 3.7v, but this mode is for storage only, as the battery is sitting at 50% at that point.I'm re-wiring my cordless tool chargers to hook up to this charger so I will only charge my tool batteries to 80% every time, and stop buying new batteries every year. The charger's fan does get pretty loud, so don't plan to use this in your bedroom. :)

Great charger
Love it so far only complaint is you can’t monitor both battery’s at the same time but touch screen is fast and really easy to use
