We used this to babyproof our fireplace! It’s worked great and can easily slide off when we want to use the fireplace.

So, I spent about 2 solid hours on Amazon researching pricing, thickness, durability and coloring of multiple styles and brands of foam-piece playmats. I finally narrowed it down to two that were similar in color (I personally didn't want something crazy colorful in my home, so that narrowed my search down quite a bit). I did the math on the pricing per the size of the foam piece and overall area, and I found purchasing TWO of this product would give me around more than 20 inches compared to the other product offered on here with a similar pattern and color style-- and for the same price practically.Now that I have had it for a while...I think it's a nice thickness (I found 2 others I was contemplating that were colorful and have SLIGHTLY thicker foam), and we have old, hard wooden floors. My daughter has rolled over and bonked her head on the foam, but it didn't bother or hurt her so 🤷‍♀️. Better than just a wood floor, that's for sure! Haha! She has also chewed on the "walls" (they are not sturdy in any way. They will NOT keep your kid inside, haha. I knew that would happen though, I just thought getting one with walls would add to the overall sq footage. They're just foam, ya'know?), and they have held up well. She bites VERY hard, and I haven't seen any real deep teeth imprints or chunk of foam missing. So that is a plus! Also, the "smell" that some people have complained about, I personally didn't have. I mean, it kinda smelled like rubber or something when I first opened it, but after I set it up, that smell was practically gone. Super easy to put together. I was worried that I would have the same issue as the lady who reviewed earlier and said she bought two packs and put them together, but it left a huge gap. Didn't happen in our case. Overall, pretty happy about the purchase!

Got exactly what I expected. I ordered two to connect them. Love them. Our carpet is not the softest so I wanted to add cousion while giving my 8 month old a destination that’s his.

good quality, my son used to cry after just 15 minutes on his tummy time mat even with plush blankets underneath for more cushioning because of our tile floor, but this really helped him have longer tummy time and is much more comfortable. is a good size for my baby who is just starting to roll, the boarders prevent him from rolling straight onto my tile floor, although i am always close by to put him back into center away from the boarders because they are still flimsy. super easy to put together and small enough to keep in my living room without it being too in the way but big enough for my son to play. with my floors being all tile this is also perfect for when i am kneeling on the floor to play with him. the colors also make it easier to keep in any room as it matches pretty much everything. price was pretty good for the product, worth it in my case!

My mom got something similar for my sister’s kids and I thought it was quite useful to put down anywhere in the house when you have a baby who can’t crawl yet but like to spend time on the floor rolling over and putting things in her mouth. Most of the products I found had super bright colours which I know is cool for kids but does not look good in my living room. This one is beautiful! I build it completely flat and I honestly can’t think of a single reason why you’d want to build a tiny little fence around your baby which looks like they would roll right through. The little animal cut outs can be pulled out and each is a toy in and of itself for my monkey! I put this down wherever I need it when I try to get things done and need to keep an eye on my baby. Put some toys on it and done, ready to go. I’m also super excited about trying the cube design at some point. Highly recommend!

I chose these play mat tiles because we have limited space. I like these so far. It’s waterproof so I usually wipe away any droplets of saliva with a paper towel and then go over with non toxic household cleaner.Since I’m worried of the play mat chipping away, I always make sure to clip my child’s finger nails.I wanted her to have a safe place for her to roll around and learn to crawl.I find that the amount of tiles seemed little, but it’s good enough for the price so far.

I bought 2 package and put them together. It's nice and thick. I get on the ground to play with the baby. It helps my joints. (Knees and hips)

Easy to clean and wipe, easy to disinfect, strong sturdy surface to teach baby to crawl, a bit hard so don't leave baby unsupervised bc they can hit their head if they flip to fast. I sit with my baby and we both fit and he has still space to move arround. U can also put a folded comforter on too for extra protection and still keep comforter clena and off the floor. Easy to store away. I folded it and stand it up and like that u dont have to reassemble. Also u can fold in half and put away. Perfevt little mat for small apartments.
