The flavor and texture of these is perfect. An amazing snack. Another thing I like to do with these or candied orange peels, dip em in dark chocolate!

The only natural candied lemon available but lacking in flavor
Candied lemons need to be be boiled first to remove the bitter flavor. This seems to have been boiled so much that much of the lemon flavor is also gone. that is a pity because otherwise this is a a nice candied lemon. The whole rind is used, which I don't mind and the texture and sugar levels are good. I am not going to order it again though because it did not have the lemon flavor I was looking for.

Delicious in cooking or plain
Chopped the peels and added it to a scone batter. It was so good.

Soft flavor, not very lemony but also not too sweet so thats a plus. Thicker than I expected. Overall decent buy.

So glad to find this again!
Last year I bought Fratelli Motta candied lemon peel from a large food specialty store in Houston, but they didn't carry them this year. So glad to find these gems on Amazon! They're ridiculously delicious and lemony, and also soft-textured and very fresh. Definitely will become a holiday staple (and probably in-between times too!)

It’s so extremely sweet. It doesn’t even taste like lemon, just sugary sweetness
