La Molisana Pasta Rigatoni Bronzo

I must eat pasta every other day in one form or another. This is a quality pasta. A+

Like a good restauant pasta... the taste is so superior and pleasing.. its my only choice now...very happy!

Delicious texture, arrived in boxes thank goodness, so fully in tact noodles. Would have preferred calamaretta, but that was my own fault.

It's hard to say if this pasta is worth the cost, over something mid-line like DeCeccio. However, it is absolutely slightly-better than that "blue" brand. (And I've tested using a simple basil & garlic sauce, so the pasta is really in the forefront.) Thick, chewy, flavorful..... Nice.Still, for the cost, I will probably only use this for friends and special occasions. It great, but the difference is somewhat subtle. You'll have to try it for yourself.

Excellent product, but expensive!

I'm Italian and I know one thing or two about pasta. This is the best pasta brand you can find in the world. I am not exaggerating. Bronze cut, it comes with a full and rich wheat taste. And most importantly, this brand only select prime quality flours from Italy, certified by Italian authorities against Gliphosate, the despicable cancerous substance included in several pesticides used by farmers to kill the weeds and harvest the crops earlier, especially used in cold climates. This brand resulted in the top 5 position in the list of the worldwide pasta brands per least amount of Gliphosate content found.

This is an exceptional brand of pasta. I only buy imported pasta from Italy and I am extremely picky when it comes to my pasta. I have not purchased this online but from a local speciality groceria for several years now . If you cook it correctly, which is just about 8 minutes, you will enjoy one of best pasta's around. It is somewhat higher in price, but, well worth it. I am 3rd generation Italian-American and who does not have a schedule that allows me to make homemade pasta, so, this is my choice. My only regret is that I did not discover La Molisana earlier. La Molisana offers a great line of pasta's. La Molisana states that they use the highest quality of raw materials and the taste truly shows this. I have tried every type of pasta they offer, and again, if it is cooked correctly it does not even need a sauce (gravy) on it - just a little bit of pure Italian olive oil and one is good to go.
