Krampus is the dark companion and counterpart to Santa Claus. HE is the one who not only punishes naughty children, but throws them into the sack he carries on his back, and takes them to an unknown fate. Our hand printed t-shirt is a very well researched depiction of Krampus indeed. If you look closely you will see that Krampus has one Human Foot, and one Animal Foot...this is a very authentic and traditional detail that you just won't see on other modern Krampus designs. The "Gruss Vom Krampus" or "Greetings from the Krampus" text on this fashion t-shirt is an homage to the popular Krampus Greeting Cards of the 1800's. This amazing piece is hand printed in short runs by Michael Shaffer, art by Pat Sandman.

Fits True to Size, High Quality Cotton, Excellent Artwork
UPDATE 4/24/2017 - After hearing from Michael, it appears that my ignorance of silk screening techniques may have lead to misleading language below. According to Michael, he hand silk screens all of his products. I stand corrected... great product regardless. See comments to this review for more information.ORIGINAL REVIEW:This MIchael Shaffer Krampus shirt is a solid product at a very reasonable price. The quality of the t-shirt itself top grade, thick cotton, solid stitching, and appropriate cut. I ordered the XXL to give plenty of room for lounge wear. It's a large flowing shirt that is very comfortable to wear - even as pajamas. This shirt fits true to size.The artwork itself is ironed on, and not silk screened, however. This causes the fabric around the artwork to be slightly less malleable and you can certainly feel and see the texture difference. This does offer a higher contrast between the black cotton and the artwork though, so it is still aesthetically pleasing. The product arrived with a hand written note from Michael Shaffer explaining that the artwork on each shirt is hand crafted and unique and he offered thanks for supporting an legal artist and respecting the copyright of his work.I would enthusiastically recommend this shirt. And if Michael ever decides to offer silk-screened products in the future I would definitely be interested also.

WOW!! What a great find! This is quite possibly the BEST silk screen shirt I've ever seen! It's a great design, beautifully made and simply stunning. This shirt is truly a work of art, and I don't usually say that about something as simple as a T-shirt. I can't say enough about the outstanding quality of this shirt. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself and a friend to one. Yule Rule! Sorry. I couldn't resist.

Best Krampus Shirt Ever!!!
This shirt is the best design of a Krampus I have ever seen! The print is nice and textured, with awesome line definition, and the artwork itself has excellent creativity. one leg is vulpine and one leg is retroflex-goatlike! I almost feel like he might jump right off the shirt and begin devouring horrible little children! Awesome!Keep up the great work Michael!

Great quality, awesome art
This is a great Krampus shirt!!! I have definitely been burned before buying clothing that I thought looked great only to be disappointed by cheap construction and materials. Not so here. This shirt is a steal for the price. I highly recommend this item.

Buying another one.
I bought this shirt before and I'm buying another. Reason is I have a couple of holes on the shirt due to excessive drying but that's my mistake I learned to just tumble, or air dry but it's a great excellent shirt. Everyone I know likes my shirt and they get a history lesson from me.
