i have used many different types and brands of flash. shipped well padded. first i will talk about the flash.flash: light weight and easy to carry. easy to use but there are tons of tutorials out there to get the most out of this flash.grip: i see others say it does not fit the flash. mine fit perfect. see pics. holds this flash securely. remove the bolt and it is comfortable to hold for a long time. can be set on a light stand too. there is a hole for an umbrella. my small and large PLM worked with it.softbox: 36 inch. nice material. easy to setup. there is zipper to access the inside. i feel this is a bit cheap and might have to be careful but at this price point it still a huge value.overall: i am super impressed. for $350 this is a bargain. one light sells for the same and your are getting a wonderful softbox that produces wonderful soft light. only thing you need to buy is a trigger. portable can fit in a backpack ( softbox will stick out). walk around or biking is not too difficult. this can go anywhere.

This flashpoint pocket flash was recommended to me by my professional photographer brother. He uses this flash all the time for on-location shoots with models and cars and loves the portability factor of it. For me, I purchased it mainly for photographing my little one at home and so far, I love it!The flash works really well indoors and fills the entire frame with plenty of light. Even outdoors, it doesn't feel underpowered at all unless you place it further away from the subject in high sun.The accessories that came with it are not the highest quality but for the price of this kit, they work surprisingly well. The flash fits perfectly in the grip and so does the umbrella. The umbrella is large enough to light up an indoor 10' Christmas tree from top to bottom.Overall a solid light with a 5-star rating from me.

This is a great flash and the Adorama kits save you a lot of money. The connection between the grip and the soft box was a little too loose for my liking but it was easy enough to modify to get a tight fit. The soft box is high quality and super easy to open and close.

It's a Godox AD200 Pro with a great 36" soft box. It's a great package at only a few dollars more than the individual unit. However, the included handled bowens mount bracket can't fit the AD200 Pro. Order the Godox bracket that's actually made for the AD200.I still am rating this 5 stars because the the soft box adds so much value. I like Glow EZ products, and I couldn't resist getting a second 36" box for just a few dollars more.

I have several Godox AD200's and saw this kit at a good price and wanted to buy it. This Flashpoint is basically the same as the Godox, however, the build quality is not EXACTLY the same. It is in fact slightly different and not quite as good - IMHO. The power button is different (bigger but feels cheaper) and the back LCD screen cover was scratched out of the box. Never had that issue with previous Godox branded flash units.But other than that, it seems to work the same as the Godox unit. The Godox triggers work fine with it, etc.

If you’re looking at these lights, you already know how great they are. This kit was a great value and came with excellent customer service from Adorama.

Before purchasing this package I noticed in the questions people saying that the mount didn't fit the AD200 so I ended up purchasing an additional mount for it. Well come to find out that the mount included in this package actually does fit the AD200 so I spent extra money for a mount I didn't need. So far everything has been pretty cool. I love this setup! My only knock on it is that it didn't have a stand for the light and softbox but like I was told those stands are pretty much inexpensive and easy to get so no issue really

I can't say enough about these. Enough power for most on-the-go shoots. Battery is great. Color is stable throughout. You can pack everything you need in a backpack! I have 2 so far, might pick up more! If you're in the Godox/Flashpoint ecosystem....these are a must.
