Very cool amperage adjusting, never seen that before, and it reads the mAH and voltage too. Very cool and very happy with the purchase.

Plus also works with all of my AA and AAA batteries also. The LCD display is Handy and tells you the state of charge of each individual battery.Very handy and works great.

This is a great battery charger. It's easy to read. Will work on just about any rechargeable battery. And does a great job. One little problem. No wall outlet adapter. Really?? What kind of battery charger doesn't come complete and ready to plug in and start charging batteries? You better already have the right amperage wall outlet adapter available. Or, you won't be able to use this charger until you go to the store and BUY an adapter. It should be in bold print in the Amazon listing: WALL OUTLET ADAPTER NOT INCLUDED. But, that might have a negative impact on sales. You think?

I have a flashlight that uses 18650 batteries. The battery charger that came with it just had a single light for charging. This charger gives a readout so you know how far along the charge is. The one downside IMHO is that it doesn't come with a USB charger. It's also an upside though as it can be used with any USB charger, preferably one with more than 2 amps.

Having quite a few battery chargers, I was pleasantly surprised at this unit. It has a good feel to it, not so cheap like many others I have purchased in the past. The spring tension of the bays seems smooth not grainy and rough. At around 20 bucks, can't complain. Will update if I encounter problems. It does NOT come with a wall plug. I had several 2.4A USB wall units from various old phones that work fine, or you can buy one separately.

Because of the generic description and lack of branding, I was leery of this charger, but thought I'd give it a try. Turns out this is one of the better NiMH/Nicad AA/AAA chargers I've used. It is very small, lightweight, and the fact that it can run from any 2A+ USB charging source using a USB A - USB micro cable means it is ultra portable and usable. Just getting rid of another power brick/wall wart is worth it.The charging rate is adjustable, and it handles mixed battery chemistry and size among the four slots. Each slot status can be monitored separately and the controls are simple. I've only tested it with NiMH AA and AAA PowerOwl batteries (who uses Nicad these days?) and it works great with those. I'll probably get a second one just for recharging batteries in the car on the way home from backpacking trips. If I was doing a longer trip and had devices with AA or AAA batteries, I'd consider carrying one of these for opportunistic recharging.The only thing I'd change on this is that you need to make sure batteries are aligned correctly and are actually charging. This is more true of AAA than AA. However, it is pretty obvious in the display when you do/don't have proper contact with any of the batteries.If you want a more comprehensive solution that does things like battery conditioning (deep discharge/recharge cycles, battery health, etc.), this isn't the solution. However, for average use, portability, and flexibility for power sources, this is pretty near perfect.

I had bought some rechargeable AA batteries for something I honestly didn't end up using so wasn't sure what to do with them. Figured I'd get this on Amazon since the reviews were good and it was pretty cheap. Let me say I am incredibly impressed. I've been just using two and charging two for our Xbox controller and they work excellent. I love the fact that there is an LCD display that shows you battery percentage and even shows how charged each battery is while they are charging. Also love that you can charge any number of batteries. You can do anything in the 1-4 range, doesn't have to be an even number, doesn't have to be in a certain spot to charge, etc. Haven't had any issues with anything getting hot, no issues with batteries not being charged evenly, anything. Would recommend this to anyone just looking to keep a few rechargeable batteries around. Work great for gaming controllers and the like!

All of my solar outdoor lights are run on rechargeable batteries. During the winter months I dont use the solar lights as much so I like to periodically throw the batteries on the charger. I really like how it tells how much the batteries are charged with led indicators. I am able to fit all size batteries in this charger. I use it daily it charges my batteries quickly and lets me know when they are done how could I not love it!
