Very stable and easy to programming.
I use these convertors for years, this is probably the only solution to convert digital network to standard Fax mashines.

It works Great!
After trying 3 Grandstream HT802 devices and not being able to get any of them to work, they either would not work on inbound calls or outbound calls, I returned them all... I then decided to try the Cisco SPA192 only because I am aware how long Cisco has been a leader in their field... I was very pleased with my purchase, the Cisco was very easy to setup with Callcentric service, and it just works fantastic... the other devices I tried would stop ringing on day two, and I would have to hard-reboot them every morning, but not the cisco its been running now for 4 days, and it still rings 4 rings to allow the answering machine to pick up... I am Impressed, not even my old obi202 worked as well as this cisco...

Works fine after finding set up instructions on line. No North America plug for power supply.
I bought this to replace a failing Cisco SPA 112 which gave me 9 years of service. Set up on the ATA 192 was slightly different, as the ATA 192 has a built-in router so I had to plug my PC in the unit's Ethernet port to access the web interface. After I could get in to the web interface, the line configuration was copy and paste from my old unit to the new. I did not find the North America plug for the power supply, so I used the existing power supply from my old SPA 112. They are rated the same voltage (5VDC, 2.0 A) and polarity (center pin positive). If the power plug was included in the shipping envelope, I did not notice it before throwing away the shipping package. The unit is working fine and processing calls like a champ!

I have to update my previous review. The adapter was there!!!
The adapter was included however it was not in the original box with the unit. The European adapter was inside the box however the North American adapter was not in the original box but it was inside the express mail envelope in a separate small package.
